The ultimate Street/Strip bike. Up for sale is my 2000 Hayabusa with stg.2 rcc turbo kit. Turbo was professionally installed and tuned by Rick's Custom Cycle in Mi. The boost can be flipped on the fly from 7# (spring) to 11# (Boost Controller). At 11# of boost the bike lays down 306 HP to the rear wheel. To put that into perspective a stock C5 Corvette will average 290-310 HP to the rear wheel. The air shifter setup allows for auto shifting via MSD pills or the MSD selector switch. The bike can also be shifted through the horn button. You will not find a better street/strip bike. Bike is currently set up with Spiegler LSL handlebars and a touring windshield, but I also have the stock bars and Zero Gravity DB. A list of mods are below. The turbo kit alone is $6300 before installation tuning and internal engine parts. Feel free to text with questions. $8900 or may consider partial trade for a 600. My son wants to start riding but I won't give him a 300+HP bike for his first bike. Actually my first new vehicle ever. 2018 Suzuki gsxs1000f in black and blue. First order of business will be a fender delete kit to get rid of the ugly hang-down. Was gonna put a yosh slip-on on it but from everything I've read it wont sound any different because all the muffling action goes on inside the cat/exhaust chamber, plus the stock can looks fine. I'm pretty stoked to have not only something brand new and shiny and unmolested, but also to have such a fine piece of street machinery. Gonna be a challenge to keep it under 5k for the break in period. Really looking forward to getting it on the track this July. Also, I NEED to sell the bandit. Now. Yesterday. Running out of room in the garage. Also could use $2500 right about now. Many pics to follow once I get it home.1 point

The SEO Ramble has been going on since 2004.The first 5 or 6 only had about 5-10 bikes show up,mainly from Ohio but also a few surrounding states. Now the Ramble draws 40-60 riders from several states and Canada. It's a very informal event, basically everyone just stays at the same motel and break up into groups of about 5 bikes and ride either pre made routes or just make their own route.About 3-4 days. A lot of these folks are pretty dedicated riders. It's not unusual to meet people that have rode in 30 states or more.1 point

While we’re on the subject of keys. I called IP to make a service appointment to get new keys programmed. They said no appointments just bring it up it’s a quick job. So I slab for an hour to get it done today and they couldn’t really squeeze it in.1 point

Yeah. Its somewhere in Illinois. Should be here in a week or I'll be raising hell daily.1 point

As long as you still have the givi key in your top case, @Connie14 and I can still remind you at every stop1 point

Im always leaving the key in my panniers because of convenience. What isn't convienent is when I kick it and bend it sideways. So today I fix all that for $7 and some stuff I already had. Stopped at a local hardware store and had 3 keys made for $7. Found 3 oil caps in the trash and some epoxy in the tool box and a can of plastidip. Why 3 you ask? Incase i fucked one up and or lost one later Before.... Durring.... after....1 point

Congrats on the new bike Sam. If they would have been making those when I bought my Ninja 1000 I probably would have opted for one of those. Enjoy!------About the fender eliminator, when it rains you get a wet ass (rain gear before it pours solves that) & dirty bike (wash bike after ride solves that) whether you have a rear fender or not. IMHO, get the fender eliminator.1 point

Perhaps they don't want people with fender eliminators to get wet if it happens to rain??? lol1 point

Lol at people worried about getting dirty in the rain.... If you're already riding in the rain, what's a little more water and dirt? You're already going to be soaked. I've ridden through monsoons in my bike and never thought at the end, "Oh man, wish I hadn't got dirty." because I'm soaked and dirty regardless.... This all feels like elaborate trolling lol1 point

Please keep using the C, since he wants you to use a K..... it really pisses ToniC off!1 point

I have never understood the fear of the freeway for new riders, and to be clear I went through the same thing. Pretty much everyone does. On the street it's the safest and easiest place to ride. No lights, no one turning left in front of you..no one darting in from side streets. Traffic just moves along and is much more predictable.1 point
