I wouldn't rely on the cell's own GPS unit for accurate lap times. There are lots of stand alone GPS receivers that you can link to your phone via BT or wifi that will get you more accurate times. I know DUAL (I think) had some decent ones. Nothing will be as easy as my AIM Solo

There are days I contemplate picking up an SV650 track bike @Tonik Cheap to run. Cheap to crash. Parts everywhere. Knowledge everywhere. Handle extremely well. Slow in the straights but for fast riders some still find their way around my 1k. Corner speed, corner speed, corner speed. Edit: Did I mention they are cheap?

I dont disagree. But I also dont see that crash of mine due to stupidity, it was just me picking up the pace throughout the day and I hit the limit of traction per the lean angle and dampness on the slick. You live and you learn...

I wish I could request that NJMP replace the helmet I ruined that cost about 3/4 of what your asking for all that stuff because the track wasnt dry.
