She seemed to take it in stride but she has ridden off-road vehicles in the past and knew that shift pattern, I thought it would help her out not to have to think about one more thing while riding. I could watch her thinking about what she was doing following her.

We had three groups all with ten to twelve riders each one with a leader and a sweep rider. There was a slight lack of communication with the group leaders so all three groups rode a different loop, this spread us out all over the place. We stopped several times trying to communicate with the other groups. Two of the groups had bike problems that either stopped the group or got them separated. I was riding sweep in the slow group when we had a bike overheat so three of us stop, the guy knew he could make it home but was going to let it cool off before heading home. The two of us left couldn't find the group at the next stop and I couldn't chase them down or I would have left the bike alone in the middle of nowhere. This left us stopping trying to communicate with the other groups so they could talk us into where they were since I don’t know the area very well. There were less locals helping out than in past rides and we had more bikes than ever show up. The mistakes that happened this time won't happen the next time even if I have to go down there and ride around with the local guys to learn the roads so I can help out with leading a group sometime, I'm willing to sacrifice for you guys like that.

You should flip her shifter for her so it has a standard shift pattern. I don't know how anyone listens to music while riding especially that rap shit. You missed the popsicles.

I think we proved no katanas = no wrecks. Udell how did your riding partner do riding home? I had her follow me a bit but never got the chance to follow her again to see if she improved.

What a cluster fuck of a good time. I am home, will post more later but I would like to thank the Coshocton guys for sacrificing their rides by leading and running sweep. Udell was also recruited to help also I put him at sweep on one of the groups and it turned into some work. I owe you a ride brother. You guys who left after the McDonalds break missed a good ride, we got a little more organized. The next Coshocton ride down will go smoother. Sorry for the bike damage Ross let me know what I can do to make you whole.

I have spoken to Adam twice about this and we are expecting to be ready to ride at 10:00 Am. I am trying to get the 82 & 83 group there at 9:45 gased up and ready to go at 10:00.

I fail at posting the weather. Accuweather has rain at 10:00 and cloudy the rest of the day.

Hey Adam thanks for giving my tow vehicle a workout. That was the most work it's had to do in a long time. First post should have all the info needed. Here is a quick rundown. There is a group leaving 82 & 83 at 8:00 am. If you miss us we will be on 83 cruising about 70 MPH. We are going to be meeting another group that will be riding around the Coshocton area and that ride starts at 10:00 AM. Map of that meeting spot in first post. All are welcome but read first post, you are expected to cruise 70 MPH between curves and pass on double yellow. You can be slow as hell in the curves and we will probably have all skill levels. The last weather report I looked at showed rain in Coshocton at 10:00 and no rain the rest of the day. I will be leaving regardless of whether at 8:00 am.

I am only talking about needing a sweep rider from our meeting spot to Coshocton. I will be running sweep in one of the Coshocton groups or leading one of the slower groups but that is up to the Coshocton crew.

Good advice above but if she will not let this task go I would suggest getting her on a scooter. It will take the majority of tasks away from her and allow her to learn more about riding instead of bike controls. If she is nervous about making a mistake which only causes her to make mistakes that sensory overload will be alleviated with a scooter.

I know for sure we will have at least three local guys & or gals showing up who aren't members so I don't see the point. I can't wait to appoint the sweep rider since no one volunteered. I think Jinx is showing up but on a scooter because he needs an excuse for why more of the group can keep up with him.

No performance issues here, hell I'm so big that soft I can still knock the back out of it.

I wish Parks would quit posting in my thread about his ride. His is just supposed to organize the shit once we all get there not be a dick on the internet.

I would like to complain. Who do I send my messages to? Do I just PM a bunch of them with a group PM and should I include the person who is the offending mod in the PM recipient list? On a serious note it can lead to some really bad outcomes if you encourage the masses to start threads about mods publicly, especially if you think a resolution will come out of it. If someone needs to be reeled in calling them out on the carpet in front of everyone will make people gun shy in performing their duties and make it harder to recruit new mods when the current ones move on. When management has a problem you don't discuss the business in front of the rest of the group, you release a statement to inform them of any changes. I would be just fine with no mods at all but I also know that's not going to happen.

Our group better hope we all know each other or we don't have a lot of people show up because you guys are all on the list to ride sweep. No one wants to give up the last 20 miles, how about I will be sweep on the ride home. I don't know, the Coshocton crew is responsible for the ride once we get there. I am guessing we will be back to the meeting spot about 5:30 PM. You probably aren't any older than me and about the Honda thing its okay you can ride in the front with the other Honda. The Suzuki squids can ride together out back. Isn't there going to be an RC51 on this ride?

I don't know what that means but I would hope everyone expects to have a nice ride without any drama. If someone shows up and wants to act like an asshat they won't enjoy their time spent with us. This won't be a poser ride and those attending can expect some fast fun but riding over your head or acting stupid will be discouraged.
