That's what they make 17hmr for. Small to mid size game. Would also do some damage to a person / deer. And rounds are cheap.

Man would I love to do this ride. It has been 5 years since I have been to the dragon or the area. Would be nice to get a road trip in this year. But I don't see it happening. The triple is getting long in the tooth, and needs some work to do a trip like this. Wish it would sell so I could get a newer bike to do a trip soon.

If you had cameras now kawi you could bust the asshat next door for messing with the dog. I know grave digger about kawis dog problems. I might look into a system for my house as I work odd shift and am only home every three weeks at night.

I use to have one of the 4x4 ford van conversions. It had a lift with 36" tires on it. use to have some stupid fun back in the day with my buddies. It was a beast.

So looking to get some things finished up on my DR-350 over the winter. First I need to get the new tires I have had since fall mounted already. Then I am planning on replacing the handle bars, grips, mirrors, bark busters, hand guards. The biggest thing I am planning to do is a luggage rack and some ammo can cases. for my commute to work. If money allows I would also like to rework the seat. Rack I have been looking at. And am planning to use some home made mounts to put some of these on this rack, painted flat black.

So quick range review. Took it to a indoor range just to get some rounds down range and start to get the scope zeroed. First time shooting a 30-06 let me say it kicks a little. Not bad but more then I though it would. Used some of the winchester soft point ammo to sight in the scope at 75 feet. I figure this will help when I take it outdoors to get me on paper faster. Shot a total of 20 rounds out of it. Like the banner scope that i put on for a cheap scope it has ok glass and the focus ring is nice. The trigger is pretty decent on it after i turned the screw out to adjust it some. Grouped nicely, for a cheap rifle with a cheap scope I am happy with it. Hope to get outside and see what it will do at 100-200 yards.

I just picked up a new holster and gun belt today for the xd9sc. The belt is a spector duty belt, with a Don Hume owb slide holster. Very much like this new set-up, but the holster will need some break in as it is a bit tight.

Kent go with some 00 buckshot. It can do major damage for home defense. And in a shtf type of deal will be able to be used to take game. It is not legal to hunt deer with but could be used on other critters that could be ate. I keep a supply of 00 buck and a few boxes of game load #6. Along with around 5-10 boxes of slugs. Keep in mind if it's a smooth bore shotgun buy rifled slugs for it.

Passed a few bikes on my way to the shooting range today on rt 303. Around the richfield area. Looked like a Monster and a naked standard of some type maybe a 919?
