I quit going to the sportsmen show when they started to skimp on the free chew LOL! Use to be free to go to the show with all the free snuff and chew they use to hand out. now they hand out mini half cans and only one. stopped a few years back.

Dont know when we left the range he asked who had the cheapest price on them, I said vances. Told me he was gonna most likely pick one up from there. I bought mine for more local but I am stupid I guess. why save moneys when my evil wife will just take it from me anyways LOL!

AHH... Vances has the xd 9 or 40 in subcompact for $419, and the same price on the 4 inch. So if I could save almost $80 I might drive to cbus. As for the ruger wheel gun Have no clue to wheel guns? I like the airweights though only wheel gun I looked at.

I go to the range everyother week to pratice and try to improve my skills and keep them sharp. If funds and more so the old lady allowed I would go once aweek. Your right you can never been ready but you can be as prepaired as possible.

Like stated to many what ifs. BUT IF the bg shoots the old lady and you see him do it and he freaks out and swings the gun around and points it in your direction?! You are now in real danger and have the right to defend. But there are to many what ifs, best thing to do is get a handgun learn to use it get your chl and practice. Then go practice somemore, get to the point it is second nature. I try to go to the range every other week. I pratice target shooting, strong hand, weak hand, single hand both strong and weak. Then put atleast 2-3 mags down range using point and shoot, both eyes open not realy using the sight just aiming the gun off the barrel. I hope I am never in the same spot as this poor old lady was and have to hope i have doon enough to be ready?

Like I said I dont go to ANY shows there anymore. Funny they are having the home and flower show someplace else this year. my wife likes to go but it was on the east side by my work lol didnt make it.

I can walk to the ix center and dont go to any shows anymore. the sportsman show has went down the drain also. But atleast the afterparty is worth making it to always.

Where can you get a custom suit for $550/ I need one for my short wide body. I need a 50 jacket size but a 38 waist with short arms and legs woth big calf areas they make one like that for 550? LOL

Both those designs are like 10 years old. and for 300 bucks I could buy a new teknic suit thats as good as a 10 year old dainese suit.

Xd 9 subcompact ftw. We did the same thing on sat after the gun show with a few OR.n guys and a friend of his that is looking for his first handgun. He loved my xd and will be going to vances to get one.

I have a pair of first gear leather pants they are a size 38 and have about 2 years of use(worn about 20 times) They are in good shape and have no rash on them have never been down. Has velcro for knee pucks but are none on it for sale. Will try to get a pic up but my camera is broke will use cell phone. asking $75 for them.

Imo I would thow the usd forks on the 900rr and sell the front end off of it for the moneys. just my 2 cents.
