So I bought some new Corbin saddles for my bike and the passenger one while offering more foam in it is very slick like they used to much conditioner or the vinyl is different. Is there a product that removes the conditioner? I called Corbin and they said that they do over condition them because they do not know how long they will be in the box, but its causing issues when my g/f rides on the back with me because she slides all over the place. So what can I use to remove the conditioner and then apply a VERY light coat of conditioner afterwords?

Pics Joe and good luck on it. As long as it doesn't have existing water and it just happened when you turned the water on it should be ok I'd think. How big is the garage? What about if a pipe bursts in a few months? What's the deal with that would you be on your own or could you get that written in? I bought a in the process foreclosure and I kind of wish I would have known that as-is isn't really as-is if they want to sell it. I just paid a nice chunk to get my damn electrical panel replaced which was found in the inspection but I was new and didn't know.

I remember being out on some road I think in plain city racing mr nos guy with Kenny talking smack....I raced him three times and on the third race blew my clutch apart in my car. A few people at work have it and they have mixed reviews about it. For a corporate setup I think its a clunky phone, the interface is very hit or miss IMO. The touch screen is nice but I think that they could of made it better with more research and R&D.

I don't see how wind can knock a bike over......but my bike is always indoors so it's never an issue.

I have a casio EX-S10 and I love it nice thin easy to toss in a pocket to take anywhere. Around $200 also which was nice.
