My kid hauler is a Ford Flex Limited. It seats 7 comfortably, or 5 and a lot of cargo...and it's not a minivan. It's a better vehicle in every way than my Trailblazer with the exception of towing capacity.

IMO, looking at the forums is about the same as the old version. But that's not the best way to view the site unless you like to check each individual forum. OTOH, the new activity streams are actually pretty awful...even with the custom filters. I don't like them nearly as much as the old version or other forums I use. If there's a way to make the stream look like a forum that would be much better.

We had pipes freeze in out laundry room once. Turned out the pipes were on the outside of the insulation. I positioned the insulation between the pipe and the exterior wall and it's never happened since. Fireplaces are horribly inefficient even with a blower ( we have one). They may heat the immediate area but they suck a ton of heat up the chimney. Your furnace is WAY more efficient than your fireplace. That's also true for most space heaters. We also had a cold closet & entry way. Builder forgot to put any insulation in the attic above that area. I put 10" of faced insulation in the attic and it made a huge difference.

I never even spoke to the guy during the ride. I showed up as the group was rolling out & rode sweep until I was asked to lead. He seemed serious in that thread. He said a few things to the effect of he was going to find me sooner or later. It could have been a case of internet muscles.

The one guy actually wanted to fight me because I was leaning into corners and wouldn't stay in a tight Harley formation.

That ride/thread was my first OR encounter. After that, I thought OR was pretty much all dbags that didn't know how to ride. IP convinced me to stick around. So I went on an WV ride with UP which was way more my style. Some of the guys that were on that first ride never came back...too bad

Down 10 lbs since Xmas. 10 more to go. The plan is increased physical activity and foods that are high in protein...lots of tuna, salmon, & chicken.

Helmet and Snot. I get it now. If you know any Cleveland metal bands...I know the guys from Keelhaul, Ringworm, Incantation, Not So Good ole Boys, etc.

We were just discussing this yesterday. IMO, they deserved to lose their jobs. Yes, they will all get their jobs back with back pay. Basically an extended paid vacation.
