  1. Nevermind. Everything is as it should be.
  2. The question is: How can we keep this sort of thing from happening over & over again as it has been?
  3. WTF? 59+ people dead, 500 people injured.. We've got to catch this shit before it happens. What would you suggest.???
  4. We've got the browns. Football is some boring, depressing shit. Haven't watched a game in a few years. Haven't seen any of the motorcycle elite take a knee on the podium when they play their national anthems, although the USA is now not represented since Nicky got taken. It seems that most, if not all of the NFL kneelers are protesting inequalities in the justice system & law enforcement & have no qualms with those that put their lives at risk in the military. Their right to protest in the manner they do is one of the strong points of our constitution. Hope that doesn't fade away like the browns. Of course, you definitely have the constitutional right to vote against the kneelers by not watching the NFL (like I don't). Flag flown every day at the house here.
  5. I hate demo rides. They never allow you to ride the bike as it was designed to be ridden, so why bother.
  6. Looks like you gentlemen had some fun. I need to get out more.
  7. One of "those" days. Glad to hear you kept the shiny side up. Seems like with each passing month the driving skills of those folks we share the road with diminish a bit more.
  8. Very nice of you Jacob. If my back wasn't agonizing me again I'd be down but it is so I won't.
  9. Lazy poky slackers in my experience.
  10. When there's a flaming asshole attempting to run the gubment you gotta expect to smell some burnt butt hair.
  11. I suggest that we require that humor here be at at least a 6th grade level. Then again, we do need to be fair to all.
  12. Thanks for checking in Jerry. Wishing you well for the upcoming ordeal.
  13. You'll need more than a couple hours to get to fun roads & back. A good "short" route is 83 S (to Coshocton), 541W, 79N, 36E (short jog), 715W, 206N, 62E, 83N. A shorter route, but hardly worth it is 83S, 62W (just south of Millersburg), 520W then find your way home. 83 starts to get some sweepers just south of Wooster, but that's 40 miles or so South. The best roads are all south of I70 and east of I77. West of I77 but still south of I70 are 78, 377, 676 which are pretty nice. Our usual "meet spot" for rides is a 2 hour ride each way for me & I'm not that far from you. If you live in North Ridgeville & don't want to venture too far from home, ride West River Road to Valley City & back.
  14. Get a 300. You will be totally safe from the rear end sliding problem & can work on breaking the front loose & bringing it back up with the knee pressure.
  15. I've done 650 miles in a day on a CBR1000RR & the problem didn't have to do with anything above the waist. If you are putting weight on the bars you are doing it all wrong. Problem with the race replicas for me at least,is the severely bent leg position. Then again, I'm a 6'1" codger. Fairly comfortable on last Sunday's 435 miler on my Ninja 1000 although I did scrape the pegs a few times. (Tradeoff= leg comfort vs. cornering clearance) Just make the wise decision & you will be happy.
  16. Good to see you out and about man. I would have done the same.
  17. That was all kinds of fun Brian. Thanks for the vid.
  18. Reports that 255 is in bad shape are fake news. @B-Mac & I rode it today & it was sweet. Road of the day I thought. 536 was real nice too but doesn't have the rhythm of 255.
  19. Great ride, 435 miles on the odometer for me.
  20. Fuel Mart. We wait at turnoffs so don't worry about it Rob. It would be good if you could make it out.
