Noooo, I am not qualified to deal with children or parents. Not at all. Administrators at the school would do that. I tell the Admin's/Teachers what I think about what they did...was it a serious attempt, were they hacking, is there a pattern in their internet history. I also give them options on what I can do from a technological standpoint. The only time I would directly intervene is if there is a fight and I am near it. But I have only had to do that once. FYI, High School girl fights are intense. But that's it, I am IT, not an educator. Now, if there is something illegal involved..like child porn for example I would call the cops.

By my math you are 26, so the hit from age probably isn't that bad. You are getting hit for the type of bike you have, get a quote on a cruiser for laughs. It will be way less. Shop around a bunch.
