  1. Have they released the actual rules yet? I mean so we the general public can see whats inside it?
  2. Roku has a "Sling TV" channel for $20/mo which gives you ESPN, ESPN2, TNT and a few more. Read - Football! They will even give you a free Roku stick with three month pre-pay. https://www.sling.com/devices/roku Rabbit ears for the local TV news and Roku for the rest. So many channels. And you can stream from your PC if you want to. The Android TV device looks interesting too. Just a matter of time till these kinda things get better. Apps availability seems to be the only potential issue with these. I was impressed that Chromecast tried to lock you into the Google store, no real surprise there. Apple's device tries to lock you into the Itunes store. Both seem equally represented by the hook to your phone option. Also consider those very generous download caps that your plan has. Of course it really depends on how your going to use the device which one is better. You do realize that as soon as you buy one you will see a better one cheaper...
  3. Interesting article, if a little short of actual marketing facts. From "The Daily Mail" http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2954676/As-sales-motorbikes-soar-women-60-whats-remarkable-rise-blue-rise-bikers.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490 Since turning 60, Christine Langton has been taken aback by the new group she’s fallen in with. There’s solid and fiery Ruby, quick little Rosie and flashy but reliable Annie. Now, Christine can barely believe she managed for so long without them all. But Ruby, Rosie and Annie aren’t kindred 60-something souls brought together by the WI or shared a love of bridge, they are — in order of appearance — a £3,500 Moto Guzzi Breva, a £2,750 Kawasaki ER6 and a £8,000 Triumph Thruxton 900. In other words: motorbikes — and fast ones at that. Christine, 64, a slim, blonde Harley Street practice manager, mother-of-three and grandmother-of-eight from London started motorcycling after her 60th birthday and hasn’t looked back. Grandma wants a Harley. Who knew?
  4. Here we go again.... BATFE To Ban Common AR-15 Ammohttps://www.nraila.org/articles/20150213/batfe-to-ban-common-ar-15-ammo Just when prices were starting to stabilize....
  5. What a strange story. I'm puzzled by US citizens taking up the cause of foreign governments/ideologies. Seems more like "lost puppy syndrome" where someone is trying to belong to something or anything. Sounds like this 'special snowflake' will get to meet a lot of new friends, in prison.
  6. Quoting out of context? Google search! In the same letter he also said "Then, no generation can contract debts greater than may be paid during the course of its own existence." Read the letter, it is clear he is asking for an opinion from James Madison. http://classicliberal.tripod.com/jefferson/mad02.html Madison, who was a "Federalist" was trying to increase the power of the Federal government at the time. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/amex/duel/peopleevents/pande05.html
  7. Didn't read the book. Thought the movie was good.
  8. GLWS! Kinda sad that in the internet age your ad, like many others has to say things like - Related: I will not accept trades for a goat, I will not accept payments, and I am not interested in monies coming from Nigeria or in penis enlargement ads. Even worse, you'll probably still get them.
  9. Damn! You could do an entire (insert object here) at once with that thing!
  10. Be careful _not_ to get bathroom style Spackle. Get "Drywall Compound" commonly called mud. A lot of people use the names interchangeably but they are two very different products. When painting time rolls around then you will really see the difference. For small quarter sized holes you can probably just mud over them and sand them down. Fill part of the hole with mud, let it dry, come back in a few days with another coat. Repeat until it's level with the rest of the wall Make sure to let it dry all the way before sanding. Read a few days, the results will be worth the wait.
  11. A friend of mine found out that they float, wheels up, but they do float.
  12. With all the other non-related 'net happenings this past week or so... Best Korea knocked off line? Just a coincidence.
  13. Without comment...... Gunman executes 2 NYPD cops as ‘revenge’ for Garnerhttp://nypost.com/2014/12/20/2-nypd-cops-shot-execution-style-in-brooklyn/
  14. I had one back in the day when I worked with live electricity. (plastic watch band) Not a bad watch. Relatively cheap and it lasted longer than the band it came with. Liked the backlight feature at night...
  15. The whole thing reads like a bad 'B' movie script. From Obama going on TV over a 'credible threat' to the MPAA paying off the CIA and congress to the take down of The Pirate Bay. This event has passed the point of credibility and gone into the realm of farce. The whole idea is worse than Benghazi being caused by a video nobody ever heard of. Oh, TERRORISTS!!!!!! Seriously, Best Korea with the assistance of 'RED' China are trying to take down Hollywood via Japan?!? Damn commies!
  16. Some of the results are counter-intuitive. Interesting results.
