Less than two months ago I invested in a Cannon SD 880IS digital. It is very nice and takes bad ass pictures. I was strongly encouraged to go with this over my buddys Olympus. I started looking at his camera the other day and we were taking some night shots. Within 10 feet my camera takes really nice photos even with very little light. I tried to take a picture of a town from high up on a building and you cant see shit. The town was basically a whole bunch of lights but it didnt help. My buddies camera has a night shot setting on it and it took a bunch of sweet night photos from far away distances. Mine doesnt even compare. I was told before I bought it that everything was automatic with my camera and I dont need to change settings therefore I have no option of night photos. Is there anything I can change or adjust myself to make a far away night shot. The only thing that I know of that I have to even adjust that has to do with light settings are the ISO numbers. Mine is on auto now. I know very little about cameras when it comes to this kind of thing.

If I was going towards the luxury I would prob still want a Chevy like the trailblazer or tahoe. I am more of a Chevy guy. Oh and it has to be American, I do not like non american made cars. I do like Cherokees though.

When I return home I am going to be buying a new daily. I have wanted a wrangler for a while. They are fun during the summer, good in the snow, and reliable. But they are noisy, cold, and dont get the best miliage. I think it would be an enjoyable vehicle but I dont know if it would be the most practicle thing. I have found some I really like with under 50k on it for around 10,000. For a little bit more I have seen some really nice trailblazers. They are prob more comfortable, a little better mpg, and alright in the snow. I just am starting to think about diff things like long drives, more luxury, more up to date options, practicality, better mpg, and bang for the buck. I dont want to buy something and say I wish I bought something else. Help with some ideas and opinions though. I love cruising with the top off of a wrangler during the summer but I dont know if its the best choice for every other application. Must haves: 12k range easy to obtain with lower miles 4 wheel drive decent amount of room

Anyone ever seen anything on these or have any info. I have searched for info on them but havent come up with much. They have them here in Saudi and the front end is pretty sexy. They even have SS models. Some of the regular models have 6.0L badges on them. Just curious as to what these are about and why they arent in the states.

I dont 100% agree. I know this works for some but majority I have seen always fails to work. It only works for me to put the size on first and then cut the fat away and trying to loose the least amount of mass as possible. If you were to cut up to the point you have a 6pack and thats where you want to be, even the leanest bulking cycle with proper diet will still add some curves around the edges. I guess its a loose loose game but for me I will just put on the fat. My metabolism has ownership over me. I am in my bulking phase now. I just started Nov 25. I have went down almost 2% body fat and I have went up 10 pounds. I think around 3-4 pounds is water weight and it fluctuates here and there. For any that spent some time with me recently know that I got fat again this summer. Especially you guys that came out to the lake. I went from 185 and 12% at Memorial day to 200 and almost 20% by Labor day. My stats when I started were 204 at almost 20%/now at 214-17%/My goal is 185 and 12% by Memorial day weekend which is right after the end of my deployement. I lost 35 pounds in 6 weeks last year and I think I can easily make my goal by using the last 3 month of my deployment to cut.

I am in no way getting anything close to a mobile home. I am just talking a modular, meaning pre built in a factory and shipped in sections. There are a lot of them that go up out my way.

I am looking to build towards Marysville area but I am keeping cost of land and utilities seperate. Two car garage is a must and I am looking for something right around 1500Sqft (give or take a couple hundred). I am just trying to find out what the cheapest route possible would be and then upgrade in areas I want as cost allows. Also any of the modulars I have been around are all build with 2x6s instead of most normal 2x4 houses. Just because the fact they have to transport the sections. I know a couple people with 300k+ custom built modular houses. I would never be able to tell that they were modulars at all.

I have been researching the processes and cost of what it would take to build my own house. Where I live property is a lot easier to find exactly what you want than property with a house on it already. I have had some hard times locating something that will fit my criteria. I have however found plenty of property that has. Everywhere I look, it doesnt seem I can find much info on costs into building my own pad. I am trying to add up everything to see what I can afford and what I cant. I am looking for a cheaper base model house that I can customize as I go. I really like just a simple ranch cape cod style house and have been looking for something similiar from different builders in the area. I will prob be going in the direction of a modular build style house, do to the fact I am told that those are a bit cheaper. I am looking into what everyone thought is as of cost that I will have in this, from start to finish with only adding a basement. Not counting land, just a rough estimate on what I can expect. I have one figure and Idea from one builder but I need more to compare it to.

I didnt get much in material things due to my location but I did get promoted to E-4 today. A couple more hundred dollars a month, a little bit more respect and benifits of the job but the only bad thing is I will be held accountable for that much more when we all do dumb shit.

Expect very, very mixed reviews on this one. I believe there are some posts in a couple threads about it inside the Gun section. Some articles say that the .410 dont carry enough ass to stop anything. Do a little bit of looking around in there and you can find it. I know 1Runnin72SST has one and really likes it. I have not shot it yet.

Yeah it blows. Make the best of it though. As long as you dont have to work Christmas day. I am fine with missing Christmas totally this year, I dont know if it is a mental thing because I know I cant be there or what but I dont have any problems just telling myself Christmas isnt coming around for me this time. We are really lucky though here. Everyone is doing a good job making sure that people are doing alright for the holidays and enjoying it as much as possible. We have really good food, tons of random goodies, tons of packages from families, and even a little party (with no damn beer) for us tomorow. I havent looked recently but I know the weather has been shitty for you guys. Hopefully its better now, but I know you sure as hell not enjoying the 75* that I am.

Hell yeah I am in the future. :bangbang: Actually though it is almost noon for you guys Christmas eve and it is still only 8pm Christmas eve for us. Especially us who work nights. Our day is just starting. It is nice when I do work nights because as everyone at home is waking up to start their day so am I. I also end up going to bed around Midnight there so it is kinda comparable to your guys days at home. Even though by the time we get off work it will Be Christmas day and still Christmas eve for us it doesnt really count much for us. Our Christmas day will start around 4 pm tomorow cause we will just be waking up, as will most of you around 8-9am. Days are a little different but not too bad.

Hey look at it this way, at least you are still in the country and you get to at least see family and friends. It could be worse. Dont get me wrong, I am not complaining I signed up for what I am doing. But it makes it hard to feel bad for others.

Yeah for God's sake if your IP is working fine dont ever change them out. The bad thing is for 50% of people whos vp is running fine it quickly changes as soon as you tap the wire. It seems to test the fate of the pumps rather quickly.
