  1. This car is just amazing to look at and admire the craftsmanship. Still uses the stock frame rails and door surrounds too. Not shocking this car is so nice, Ken's Camaro is clean enough it could win a GoodGuys show. https://www.dragzine.com/news/small-tire-switch-ken-quartuccio-jr-set-debut-new-c7-corvette/
  2. They wanted $1,600 to do the same job as two men and a truck. I had no idea it would cost this much to hire people to move 6 miles... I'm going to call around some more but I would rather pay my friends to help than shell out this much cash
  3. Due to our very tight window to move I'm kicking around hiring movers. 2 Men And A Truck are out since they wanted $900-$1,000 to move us 6 miles.... Anybody had luck with another moving company?
  4. That's my next step if there are any other problems.
  5. Funny you mention this... After doing a whole lot of research online I found similar information about someone that was having a similar issue with the same water heater. I tried their process and it seemed to work. The big question is now will it stay lit, if not I'm going to replace the whole burner assembly to just carpet bomb the entire area and hopefully kill the problem.
  6. Well we are in contract to sell the house so I really don't want to spend the money to put a brand new hot water heater in if I don't have to. I'm about to see if I can find one of these assemblies locally for it and replace it. https://www.searspartsdirect.com/part-number/9006618005/0042/153.html The pilot light won't stay lit and ignite the burner, as soon as I let go of the button for the pilot light to get it going it dies.
  7. It's a lot of fun working with you on this project. The fact the car drove there in full race trim, damn near clicked off another 10 second pass with the challenge track conditions and heat is a testament to what the car has become.
  8. Need a plumber to come out to Galloway Monday and see if they can fix our hot water heater. Pilot light wont stay lit even with a new thermocoupler. Any recommend plumbers that service the west side that will actually show up?
  9. Paid and signed up. Depending on how things go maybe I'll do something special when it comes to photos for those who come to the track day.
  10. Justin is a super cool guy and both of these cars are just stunning. http://www.dragzine.com/features/car-features/double-trouble-justin-currys-no-time-corvette-x275-camaro/
  11. If my car is ready and the weather holds I'll be at both.
  12. Posted this on a few more groups and trying to get some shops on board too. Drag racing AND Auto cross, where's all the "racers" at?
  13. Driving it there on the drag pack wheels and tires
  14. Yes, I'll run you heads up at this deal so I can play some GAP band music for you and then I'll come to trails and play the whomp-whomp song :fuckyeah:
  15. For those who actually will show up and race, who are you calling out? Even those cone killers can call each other out even if they don't race each other I guess. I'm down for some admin on admin/mod violence so I'll run Anthony heads up and give Paul the move on motor. No Gary, I won't bracket race you do don't ask... This is COLUMBUS RACING so sign up, make some call outs and do some racing. For those who gave up on the horsepower life bring your daily even if it's a mini van and make hit, get your mancard back :fuckyeah:
  16. It pleases the voting sheep, therefore it becomes law. Neither side wants true commonsense gun laws so we're stuck with these pointless laws.
  17. The house we are looking to buy has some water damage in the floor in a bedroom that got into the sill plate and some of the joist. The buyer wants to give us credit to have it fixed and I want to be sure it gets done right and I have enough money to make it happen. Any recommendations for licensed contractors that actually return calls and do work? Also, need the CSST gas supply lines in our current house bonded by a qualified professional to the electrical system ground of the house. Is that something that I need to get an electrition for or a gas company to do? This was missed when we purchased the house so now I have to get it done for the buyers.
  18. Here's the article I did with only a few of the pictures http://www.onedirt.com/news/race-recap-action-from-the-dream-at-eldora/
  19. I read your post wrong, thought you wanted to do more to it and I might have a way to make that happen.
  20. I might know of a way to make this happen...
  21. Yeah, that's really good considering what the car is built for. I think we need to replicate this combo in a car that's set up to go fast in a straight line to see what it can do...
  22. Doing some dirt track coverage this weekend... http://www.onedirt.com/event-coverage/photo-gallery-rain-postpones-thursdays-dream-opener/
  23. I have a locking hard top Undercover brand bed cover for sale that came off my 2008 2500 Silverado with a 6.5 foot bed. Not sure of age since it came with the truck and one of the lock covers is missing. Overall it's in good shape and worked when I pulled it off the truck. $200 cash for this bish. PM me your number if you want pictures and I'll text you some, can include tasteful nudes if that will help with sale....
  24. I posted this on YellowBullet to see if that will attract any racers.
