  1. Love mine, and my back loves it more. I use a popchock on the front of mine. Is this the $299 version? Mine is, and works jus' fine... I considered the highest $$$ version simply because it was the only one that their "wings" are designed to work with. Found that a sheet of 5/8 plywood works perfectly. Bolt the sheet to the table at the four corners of the table. Congrats. It should make your life much easier.
  2. I thought this was going to be something about KTM Brian...
  3. Family and I were at Begleys for the night before the storm blew through. Planned on staying Fri night, and maybe Sat, but the heat took its toll. Never stayed there before, and didn't sleep a wink. We were tent-camping,and dogs in the town kept barking all night. A camp ground in the middle of "town". Two requirements to live in New Straitsville: You've got to own a dog, and you can't put a muffler on your vehicle. Got up Fri morning, and were packing up. Not a cloud in the blue sky, and the tornado siren starts going off a couple of blocks away. Huh??? I rode the atv into town, asked a local, and she said that they were calling the volunteer fire folks in. Oh, okay. No cell reception, so no radar. Went for a ride, came back, decided to come on home. Clear skies until we got near Waynesville (Home-ish). Saw the skies, turned on the radio. Got home, started unloading, and about five minutes later the storm hit. After hearing about all of the damage down there, I'm glad we headed out early. God watching out for us. Initially had every intention of staying at Begleys on Fri night. That would've been pretty scary down in that valley, with no cell phone/ communication, etc. Especially as suddenly as the storm came on.
  4. Hadn't heard about it, so read up on it. Yup, summarily doesn't sound good for us. As far as the state taxes, they're not different enough to justify the price difference (about 6.6 cents/ gallon). I'm blaming Speedway for being the barometer of "what prices should be". Still ridickulus.
  5. Ran down to Memphis on Tues, back up on Wed. Gas in TN at $3.09, paid $3.11. One place I saw in TN was $3.29, but was off of an exit out in the boonies with no competition. Get back into NKY and Ohio, and its magically in the $3.40's and $3.50's. Pulled up a national gasoline tax map, and TN is a little bit lower than OH, but not THAT much. Riddikulus.
  6. Class C and pull a trailer when you need to.
  7. Once you twist the throttle and come onto the main jet, these are inconsequential. At 70mph, you're far enough into the revs that you're only on the main.
  8. She's avoided this whole thing like the plague.
  9. Secure the front end, jack under point where swingarm meets frame. Brown: Lebanon. If you want to ride it, we can pull it here.
  10. Welcome. I'm also in Lebanon. I'm the guy that won't wave back when we pass on the road. Air: Wait until spring-time. Eyes itching, head pounding, nose-running, sneeze snot on the inside of your face shield good times. Looooove Ohiuh. Mmmm hmmmmm.
  11. SE model, automatic 4-cylinder. 84k miles. Grey leather Heated seats Factory remote start (gonna miss that...). Multi CD/ MP3 JBL premium sound and 3.5mm factory AUX input. Bluetooth with phone functions New tires within 5k miles Brake pads replaced and rotors turned at dealer within 5k miles. Windows are 38% fronts, 30% rears (all three). Great car, no hiccups. Got a wild hair and have already replaced it. KBB values: $14k excellent, $13.5k very good, $13k good I would put this in the "very good" category. Asking $12,900 and am open to offers. No trades. We've had it two years and put 50k on it. Second owners. PM if interested. Thx Jeff, Springboro
  12. for a trailer project. Kind of like a truck bed tool box. Running into a problem with the depth as I need to be 16"-18" max depth front to rear. You never know what someone has cluttering up their garage, so thought I'd seek one here.
  13. Put up some canopies with walls. They'll never know.... Are you looking for a place that rents carts? Most of these places are BYOC... (or BYOK if they're "karts"). Hey, for rental carts/ karts and indoors (i.e. AC), check out http://www.funattheweb.com/ Theres a raised dining area that extends out into the track layout. Could put the strippers up there.

  16. If you see one, let me know. Thats all. Jeff
  17. We kind of have a family joke that if I go camping, its almost guaranteed to rain. I also blame myself for recent area droughts because I generally don't wash my car that much, and when I do, (yep) it rains. So yesterday I'm in Cinti on Colerain, and decide that since its gonna be hot for quite awhile longer, and probably dry, I'm gonna get the car washed. I roll into Mikes, pay the kid, and he says "I'll give you this carwash free if you can figure out how to turn the air conditioning on out here". Thermometer was showing 97 degrees. I run through the carwash (all of what? 90 seconds?), come out the other end with a bone-dry car, and start seeing drops on my windshield. Huh? Yep, it was raining. I pulled the radar up on my phone, and I was at the southernost tip of a popup storm. I went a little further north, and the temp got down to 73 degrees. Shoulda gone back and told the kid I wanted my free wash. Oh, and BTW, The Rainmaker is also a great Warrant song...
  18. Went for a ride yesterday, and when I parked the bike in the garage, there was a steady flow of coolant. I've been seeing drops and smelling it for a couple of weeks, but couldn't track it down. I found that the hole is smack dab in the middle. Don't know if its in the front or back, but the front "fins" look fine. Had the valves adjusted a couple of weeks ago, and I think that something may have been damaged then, but no way to prove it, and the dealership surely wouldn't admit it. Radiator shop? Stop-Leak? Some of that super duper adhesive from the obnoxious salesman on TV? Dubble Bubble?
  19. Since some are still w/o power (Gen3), this may help someone. Menards in Hamilton (outside Cincinnati) had quite a few gennerators when I was in there on Monday. I realize this is nowhere near her, but maybe other have sources closer to CBus.
  20. THATS a great idea! Wife and I like pretty much with Markie Mark in it, and this one has got me curious. May have to do that.
