  1. If that is what you want you can find EX500's pretty easy, and for a reasonable price too. A 1991 is pretty aged, I would think a newer one could be found for not much more than the asking price of that EX.
  2. I would certainly check on this one!
  3. I hope you know I meant narrow, hard to maneuver...Right? Not as in tight... The roads outside the city are nice, but there seems to always be construction work everywhere, along with the smaller towns making them a challenge to ride at a fun pace. A 2 up ride is probably okay though, I have never tried that in Pittsburgh, or even around there, always a solo ride.
  4. I am a Steelers fan, I have enjoyed several visits there over the years. Some very tight streets downtown Pittsburgh huh? Nice video, I recognized several places you showed, thank you for sharing!
  5. I will be a last minute decision. I assume the riders heading up 71 will then take 30, I will be meeting them there at 71 and 30, if I make this one.

People give me shit about my lack of braking, near to none, I was expecting to hear that from you, they say it is hard to follow me at times. I would like to ride the turns a bit more brisk, but after my crash on the street, some time ago, I am not as confident on the roads, with the debris, stones and such. Thank you!

Yes, I posted this on there, I hope you are not mad about that, no names or anything shared, I apologize if offended...Probably should not have done that I guess, again sorry! I meant nothing malicious nor was I poking fun by any means, I was just surprised by the damage, that is all... Discussing the bike not the incident, well someone did ask about the rider, and I posted what you posted on here, and I got that wrong when I answered, should have reread before I answered the question.

I was expecting to get some good advice from Uncle Punk, you followed me for a bit, I was all ears. I was going to ask, but never really had the chance to, when you were talking to Mike, I was eavesdropping as best I could. Get things taken care of, get well, it was great meeting you!
  9. Tirox...if you think it is to expensive, try a pickle, I am not kidding. http://tirox.ca/ Saw the pickle thing was already posted sorry! T-Rex Racing http://www.t-rex-racing.com/

Great to meet and ride with you guys, home safe...Probably could have made it home sooner but I hit some roads around Cambridge, Coshocton, and the Danville area on the way home...Again thank you! Troy
  11. Yeah a bit strange, I am going to do some research, and check a few things myself before I take it to a dealer, I do have some ideas...If I can just get it to do it again near the house, that will be ideal.
  12. Only visited them once, that was enough, I will not be going back.
  13. A great ride...Good to meet everyone! Thanks for the push, sorry about that!!! Troy

Things are looking positive for me joining this ride, not sure on where I want to join the group at yet Millersburg or McConnelsville?
  15. Sporting a burn right now on my forearm from the Speed Triple, case or no case? Of course I am kidding about the lawsuit. A very common occurrence with the Speed Triple's under tail exhaust, I have heard many bitch about getting burned from it...Now I am one of them.
  16. It has merit, sitting at the intersection of 23 and Polaris, 2007 Night Train, waiting to turn onto Polaris, it felt as though someone was holding a torch on my thighs, and this was after it was tuned, it ran hotter before I tuned it. I am not sure about catching denim on fire, but IDK, that Night Train got really hot sometimes, it would leave marks on me at times. I installed a Thunder-Max AT, exhaust, and CAI almost from new, I was aware of the heat issue then, and this lowered the operating temperatures a bit, but still hot, in stock form they run even hotter.
  17. I Agree, but for that price, if legit, and if it is a decent bike, this would be a complete win for you!

Easy now, I like mine... Might be the green, but this is what I saw as the 2012 colors for the United States models. http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/2898/12zr1000d40aorgdrf00d.jpg http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/4475/12zr1000d40ablkdrf00d.jpg What do you think of this for the green. http://img718.imageshack.us/img718/1515/12zx1000g329grndrf2cgco.jpg Please back on track, who else is going on this ride... I am still not seeing any slower riders so I am not riding alone in the back.

I doubt my N1K will be riding circles around anyone with me on it, please don't judge the bike by my lack of skills... If I show, it will most likely be on the Ninja, the S3's back tire is showing some wear, it would probably make this ride, and maybe another, then that would probably be it for the tires, so the Ninja it will be.

I was just joking around, I am very familiar with this route, roads, and style of ride this is...If I was uncomfortable at all with my surroundings, I would go do my own thing, not the first time, of course I would let someone know prior to leaving the group. If I don't get to join, have a fun & safe ride!

Who will be riding in the "public roadway safety awareness group", maybe I can tag along with them on this ride?
