  1. Resembles the 2nd generation Z1000 quite a bit in my opinion, I like it...
  2. Ok, I should have stayed away, post deleted...
  3. Daughter, dogs, wallet, keys, phone, wife, in that order...
  4. I was interested in a Ninja they had last year, the guy I spoke with over the phone was supposed to call me back with all the information, he never did...I purchased my Ninja from another dealer that day.
  5. Not mine, posting for a friend. Many upgrades, wheels, PC (dyno tuned), full muzzy. lighting, new tires, less than 1K miles. four 1 nine 5 six 9 44 seven 1, Chad. ***SOLD***
  6. If I ride, I usually take 23 down, then I75 back home, it really depends on how much time I have. I always ride by myself, sort of curious what the trip is like riding with a group. When people go with me, we take my trailer...huh, I think they are using me...
  7. Not against riding down at all here, but I have made that trip many times, it sucks, unless there is time for staying off the Interstate.

Welcome to the site. Just 10 minutes East of Kenton. You could take 33 out of Wapak., meet me in Marysville, then head South. A very long day for the both of us, but well worth it.
  9. I too have a trailer for the same reason, and so I can bring more than one bike, but I also have a thirsty Jeep that pulls it too...With threats of gas prices soaring above $5 a gallon this Spring/Summer, super slabbing might be my only affordable option for the longer trips this year.

  13. I was running BT016's on my Ninja 1000, OEM tires, they were a good tire, I only seen about 3K miles out of the front and rear though. I switched to the BT023 for more mileage, so far they have been a good tire, at least for the 2500 miles they have seen on the N1K...freeway, plenty of curves, & less than perfect weather conditions too. Normally I run Michelin tires, but for the cost of a set of BT023's, they were worth a try, I am not at all disappointed with my choice so far. Try a set, I think you will be surprised how good of a tire they are for the cost...
  14. Yeah I remember that at the gas station...haha! Nah it will be fun, besides, I need someone there to tell me when enough is enough sometimes... Wow that is a long time for a motorcycle battery...Do you keep it on a tender? I will be on a different shift this year, so Saturday's will be my long rides. Sunday nights I work, so no more Sunday, morning till night, rides for me.
  15. Al Z. Heimer, Take these Winter months to prep that Super Hawk for some serious miles for 2012, you asked, and you shall receive...haha!
  16. I don't think that KTM has a serious interest in AMA yet, if they did, I would think that several riders would like to take that seat, just my opinion though. I am curious who will introduce the new Ducati 1199 Panigale to the AMA?
  17. I would think at $4500, an 06 Speed Triple in good shape, with lower miles, & a clean history, will sell fast.
  18. +1... I am thinking the same, if Eslick can't make the EBR 1190 competitive, I am not so sure if the EBR 1190 is ready for this level of competition. Personally I think he will do well, if the bike stays together for him, that is a big if in my opinion!
  19. 2012 should be a good season for Erik Buell Racing & Eslick... http://roadracingworld.com/news/article/?article=47020
