Except for days I slip (maybe one a week). I've been doing 2000 calorie days for the last 2 months. And with my job I know I burn way more than that. My schedule has been pretty f'd up the last month so that's some to do with it. This calorie drop will just be for this week till I'm under 250.

The protein thing didn't really work like I hoped, lost a few pounds but not many. This week I'm, determined to break the under 250 barrier. So cutting the calories to the extreme and kicking the cardio up 2 notches. So for the next week or two ill be shooting for between 1200-1500 calories a day and try to do at least a hour of cardio a day(be mostly on my recumbent bike) So that will be 6.5 lbs in a week. Not sure if it will work but I need to get over this hump.

I've had the same account forever, started back in 1994 is was called Ohio State Cellular. Had a bag phone with like 20 min of service a month contract. They were bought out by Cellular One, they were bought out by Airtouch Wireless and then they were either bought out by Verizon or just changed the name. But basically I all this time I have never switched, changed my number once due to and ex stalking me.

I do what I can with what I have. That TL had a high center of gravity so it was easy to do.

That's similar how I used to do my TL when I had it. But i just had a 2x2 piece of wood cut to the perfect length with a V notched into the end. I could push the bike to teeder on the side stand and front wheel and slide my little block of wood under the swinger spool.

We get 22% off Verizon too. I've also managed to hang on to my unlimited data over the years, which they are now adding $20 surcharge a month for. I pay around $220 a month out the door for 3 smart phones(2 with unlimited) and 2 dumb phones.

As far as range it depends on the model. My buddie that has a smh5 it's about 100 yards. With my wife's smh10 is line of sight or 1/4 mile. And I'm sure my 10U help extend the range of those. With my other buddie's 10U it's really far. I've lost him on BRP and could hear each other over hills and corners and even I straits we couldn't see each other.

I have the 10U which I think runs about the same firmware as the 20s and I've never had any problems with group communication. But I've only used it for up to 4 different people. Pretty simple to me, one, two, three or four taps to get the person I want to speak with and that has to do with the order you pair them. And press and hold for group intercome.

So much going on in this video makes it so interesting. Starting with the guy doing the whoolie in the beginning that may or may not have been the cause of this accident. No he wasn't involved but could have been just the distraction or reason the woman in the car braked so hard, and maybe why the guy the wrecked was distracted as well. Then there in the whole pick ax thing, WTF? Then the half dresses (let just call her Crackwhore) woman that while I know she's trying to be helpful acting like you some kind of person in charge wasn't her forte. Then there is the driver of the car hit; that's no panic attack lady, that's called adrenaline. You call hear her off in the distance having a nervous break down, way to handle yourself in an emergency. Then the lady in Plaid and the guy in polo actually do what most should do,stay calm, ask questions and get help there asap. The young girl that walk s up a I think she said she was a trained EMT, then ask "should I take his pulse or something?" I think you need more training dear. And lastly the guy from the fire dept., I really don't think he should have tried to remove the helmet until the squad had him strapped to a board and stabilized but I could be wrong on that one.

They would get sued for copy right violations. Another company already owns the patten for that method of operation.

People watch and respond because everyone loves a good train wreck and that's what they hope to see.

Was with Progressive for years. Went to add my 16 yr old to my policy and they wanted to double what I was paying. Told them to kiss my ass. Shoped around and found little better coverage through Liberty Mutual for only 15% more than I was paying with out adding the kid. I tired to work with progressive and they wouldn't budge till I called to cancel then all of a sudden they were willing to "work with me" since I was a customer for over 13 years. Again told them to kiss my ass, they had their chance and they blew it.

Nice!

That's it I'm going to be dual wielding and packing multiple magazines and strapping my 38 to my ankle and then pair my BT to @Tonik's during the trip. Game on.

I like some meat on my wiminz

Had the smh10 and sold it with my old helmet because I went with the 10U integrated on my neotec. My wife still has her smh10 and still going strong after many years. If I were to buy another where the 10U was not available for my helmet I'd go with the 20s

Nice!! I haven't even bought my fishing license in like 5 years. Kind of a shame since I live only 3/4 mile from Knox Lake.
