My attorney got stuck in my yard one winter with her prius. Called the tow company they claimed it was going to cost $500 extra because the needed to bring I a special piece of equipment. She was pissed but said ok, they basically showed up with a 1985 chevy pick up with a winch on it..lol. I told her you know you basically just paid for that whole truck right? Tow companies are such scam artist.
Seriously if you significant other ask you to give up something else you love time to rethink the relationship, because if it happens for this topic there will be others.
Had my next choices narrowed down to a Touring Boxer or a F6B, couple years out from that though. Although the recent changes I've made to the C14 has made me fall on love with her all over again.
Just washed the bike last night and plugged in the tender but she will always be ready to ride. My season is mostly over because I don't commute with it and my weekends are mosty taken up till the middle of Nov. If we happen to get a nice weekend after that I'll take her out for a spin.
Lithium battery, 520 chain, dot 5, water wetter, HID healights, integrated tail lights, PC5, K&N, ...because fucking race bike. I'm back here with my OEM set up like Just waiting for the "what's wrong with my bike?" show.
A* web gore-tex l, you will not find a more comfortable boot. Mine are more comfortable than any other shoe, boot, flip flop, slipper that I have ever owned. You can wear them all day and walk around I them too.
I've gotten 12k from a front and 8k from a rear when thr bike was new to me. But I was scared of it and couldn't corner worth a crap back then. Now I'm riding it like a 400 sport bike and think I'm super man on it. I know I'm not going to see that mileage again just looking for the best I can get while maintaining the performance I've been abusing.
It's what Kawi and all the COG guy say you have to run or you will eat them up even quicker on the slab. And I've played with that too and it's a true story. Only benefit you get from lower pressure is grip and as you seen this weekend I have very little to no problems with that.I just need to realize it's one of those "it is what it is type of things". it's a super heavy bike with a heavy rider hitting the corners like a "fucking race bike" [emoji38] Just have to deal with a new tire every 3 to 4 thou
Haha, nah just blame you fuckers for making rail on those beautiful roads all weekend. [emoji38] Need to plan a all slab trip to get my monies worth out of these tires. I have the oposite problem most people have..lol
So I just mounted this a few weeks ago. 3000 miles on it and lots and lots of tread in the middle but the sholder to the edge is pretty much gone. This is the rear, the front looks absolutely perfect. So I ha e my front suspension dialed in need to figure out the rear.
