  1. I'll agree on that one. Used to use them on my TL, one time i took one off and the can part of the filter twisted right off of the base of it. Also when it was laying there in 2 pieces I didn't like what i seen on the inside. Very little and thin element that was actually torn through in one spot after only 2500 miles on the bike.
  2. Even though I bought it on Amazon I might try to take it to Orileys and exchange itfor a WIX
  3. Brand new WIX on the bike now and another one on the shelf for the next change.
  4. Decided to give a wireless phone charger on the bike a go. I found a super thin waterproof shock resistant wireless charging pad on Amazon pretty cheap $11. Double side 3M trim taped it to my XGripand routed the USB to my dash. Looks good and so far siting in that garage its working. Haven't Road tested it yet or know if the charging can keep up with the uses when I'm on GPS and streaming music. But for the price I'll give it a shot. And of course my GS7 was already wireless charging compatible. And I left the old trusty usb tucked away but accessible incase the wireless craps out.
  5. I handed out all the colored ones, I only have maybe 6 or 8 of the white ones left.
  6. Used to have a nice stock pile and I'd pass them around when ask. Need to replenish.
  7. Nope only ones I have left are shity white ones that don't stick half the time.
  8. I love this. Had to share and so so true.
  9. Damn that would be a toss up. Looking at your sexy ass and smelling wonderful donuts all the way. Or. Sweet twisties and seeing Derek's come hither smile at every stop. Good thing I don't have that decision to make. Good plan bringing Tracy along I'm sure the chics will dig that.
  10. Yea his pops and mama bear aren't the happiest with the comfort. I'm sure he'll chime in. Not 100% on the selling part.
  11. That's the way I look at it. It's amazon so returns are easy and free if you claim a problem. Good reviews and good price. Think they are china copies of the philip's elements but I'm assuming that going in to it so we will see.
  12. I know someone that might sell you a lightly used one... @JustinNck1
  13. My C14 air filter change is a hour job. Valve check is a 6 hour job. Valve adjustment a 10 hour job. But. Oil change 10 min. Rear tire removal 5 min.
  14. After much debate and takeing some advise and placing one order then changing my mind and canceling it. I have decided on a set of LED headlights. Went with the ZED/CSP stacked chip design with the cut off shield. Also decided no fan and no external driver since there is plenty if clearance behind my bulb. Also wanted some with decent reviews and easily returnable if they don't work out. So these are what I decided. Auxbeam LED Headlight Bulbs NF-S1 Series LED Headlights with 2 Pcs of H4 9003 HB2 P43T PHILIPS CSP LED Headlight Conversion Kit 50W 8000lm 6500K Hi-Lo Beam - 1 Year Warranty https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074GZ3S4P/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_P999AbJQB8VZ3 This guy did a nice little work up on them. They are ones he refers to as the new style
  15. Yea that's why I haven't thrown it out yet it's just a head fuck game knowing what happened to Derek. I might use it eventually.
  16. Ive have one more KN on the shelf in the garage for over a year, can't bring myself to use it.
  17. Myself and @JustinNck1 will be taking some of these routes in August when we take our trip out west.
  18. Haha, no problem brother. The conversation was payment enough but i'll never turn down brews when offered.
  19. Mounted a tire for some old guys FJR today. At least he understands the payment scale.
  20. From what others have seen on the C14 pages the boot not being cut is a big deal. Guys have said their headlight housings have gotten water in them and it wont drain, And its a massive PITA to take out and drain and clean out. Cougar does make a H4 i looked it up already.
  21. Yea mine takes H4's ill add them to my potential list
