Routes are posted in the first post. Mostly kept with the original ideas with a few tweaks. Day 3 does have a lot of BRP and I made it a shorter day because I know there will be leaf looker congestion on it. I'm fine with that because I like to se the views myself. I doesn't have to be a ass hauling day.

But did they have a Pool, Wafflemaker and Liquor Store near by? If not, you fail. Right @Connie14?

Looks like just me and my bitch for day one. You still joining us in Maggie @PhilD'oh!? Sorry you can't make it @CBBaron maybe the next one.

I consider myself an above average rider but if B-mac and Doc are doing thier thing I would struggle to "keep up". So yea go with them do your thing, let them do thier thing and they will be at the next turn. No shame in the game when everyone is having a good time.

Not nearly big enough, or stong enough.

That what they all say.

Actually no I didn't, he came up with that one on his own.

Yesterday not today but.... Set out to make one of these to put all my tools in that I carry on the road and free up bag space. Quickly realized the tube with my tools in it would weigh almost 10lbs. Didn't think this style mount would support that much weight so I decide to do this instead. Its removeable and still fits in my side bag when needed. Still need to paint it black. Might still do the one under the bag for lighter-weight stuff.

Sitting in traffic on High St. in CBus this morning a dude on a Respol CBR was splitting at every light.

Damn selling the M.S. and discounting this. There must be something you want bad.

Okay participant list is updated and I know I've been saying for weeks I'll get the maps finalized but I just keep putting it off. I'm on vacation next week to hang out with my wife after her surgery, so I'll have time to get that done finally.

I notice these flag code violations all the time too. The one that burns my ass are when you see someone flying one that is tathered and worn. I replace mine at least 3 times a year that I fly proudly on my front porch. I think I told Justin one time I wish I had the money to carry around a few dozen flags on my bike trips and offer them to people in exchange for there worn ones. Then retire them properly. Guess that's just the eagle scout in me.

I might skip this thread after lunch time. Really don't want to see a picture of that Smokey goodness while I'm eating my salad here at work.

My 20 year anniversary at my job today, probably get a paper certificate in a cheap frame. In the mean time at least ive now earned my 5th week of vacation, more bike trips for me.

I actually do. But I could care less what anyone else chooses to do. If someone wants to be a douch canoe, let them. It's thier right to be one it dose not affect my day or my beliefs. I show my respect to the ones that have given me the freedoms that I have and that's all that matters to me. Goes back to the old saying. You can't fix stupid. Don't get me wrong I wish they would not kneel but not my place to tell them they can't.

That Indian Dark Horse thing I rode was peice of shit. I have never in my life felt such a clunky transmission or felt so much vibration in the frame and bars as I did with that thing. Only place it felt ok was in the 50 to 60 mph rage once your up to speed. $18k for that turd wtf? I only rode it because the wife wanted to ride a scout. She actually liked it really well and said it was way more peppy and smooth than her Vstar 1100.

Okay my turn. The Z900 was a phenomenal bike. Power and smoothness everywhere. Pulls harder and smoother than the connie. The abs works as it should, at least the rear anyway, could not slide it. A bike that light should not have that much power yet it dose. Bars felt good and the seat was surprisingly okay for what it was, felt a little bit of buzzing under my bum at higher revs but not bad. My only issue was the peg height, they put my knees a little too high on the tank. But that's not the bikes fault I'm a giant. That motor is just perfect at all rev ranges and even pulls hard from down low. I felt a tad on the vulnerable side with no dash or windscreen or anything in front of me but that's just me too being used to the Connie after all these years. The way it slices through the air does not buffer or pull you out of the saddle either but only had it up to 70. So in a nut shell I loved it. And already told the wife that the first sub $5k one that hits the used market will be mine.

Tell us how you really feel.

A birdie at the show told me that next year the show is going to be in Vagas then back to Columbus in 2020. Not sure how smart that bird was though.
