We got ours for 14k under original asking. Still overpayed by 6k. But, the brand new kitchen with 2 month old stainless steel top o da line samsung appliences, with new floor, granite counter tops and new cabinets kind of made up for it. He started at 132. It was for sale for at least a year before we looked at it. By the time we did he was asking 128. We offered 115. He said, no. He came down to 129k. lol We countered at 118. He said no he had to much into it. Our realtor looked him square in the eye and said, that's not my problem. He cried a little. He was selling it himself. We told him, we're not going a penny over 118. 3 days later he called our realtor and said fine. He was extra pissed when we told him he needed to be out in 30 days. But aamzingly it happened, and he and his wife and son and twin newborn kids had to move into his mommy and daddys house for 6 months while their new house was being built. /coldhearted.

First, they are ultra light. Second, they are very nice quality, not garbage like the bikes they sell at walmart which would still cost close to the same amount Third, I've never once in my life have I found a bike that would fit an 1.5-2.5 year old.

IMO, the worst drivers are females mid 30s to mid 40s with kids packed in the back of mini vans. Then males 16-29. Male hemisphere of the brain for judgement is not fully developed until about 30. Then the elderly. I fully support written exams upon renewal every 10 years until 60, then 65-75 a written and physical driving exam evry 5 and after 75 biyearly written and physical driving exams.

I know we've been over this before and I don't want to get into it but I'll leave it at this. When.I was in high school we took a class for history credits called street law. It was basically a 4th, 5th and 6th amendment class. Now in upper middle class Revere school district, we had lawyers and officers come in. They all said, be respectful but refuse all searches and keep your mouth shut. An example being from an officer who previously worked in a high crime neighborhood: A young adult robbed a store. Officers caught a young man loosely matching the description guven by an elderly couple of a Medium built black man. In questioning, the defectives convinced the man he did not need a lawyer, and that if he wrote an appology letter to the owner of the store the judge would go a lot easier on him. So the guy ended up writing an apology letter to the owner of the store, without a lawyer present and guess what? His apology was a signed confession. Did the young black man do it? No one ever knew, but police convinced him they had enough evidence on him that he would go to jail and the kid, a say kid because most likely he was only 18 or 19, just wanted to go home. Derek, I know we have both grown up and spent most of our lives in an economically advantaged area, with schools with more money, than entire school systems in inner cities would even dream of having. Maybe living on upper middle class western Summit county, being honest with the officer will get you a reduced sentence? Maybe giving an officer a hard time will make him flip and beat your skull in? Maybe being respectful yet firm in the belief with refusing searches and questioning will get you off, while you have enough cocaine in your trunk to go to jail for life? I do not know. I do know for a fact, in inner city schools, kids are not taught their constitultional rights to refuse searches and not talk to the officer. They are taught to fear the cops. Run or shoot back, when maybe, just maybe if disadvantaged youth could learn about the 4th, 5th and 6th amendments, they would be more respectful of officers and have a powerful tool to keep them out of jail by using their heads, keeping their mouth shut even if they are guilty. Also not even to mention how great of a job public defenders do.

I've got a kid, another on the way, a wife and a mortgage. But they key is only debt it a mortgage. I've got 2 bikes and multiple firearms. Wife does not know about most firearms. Ok here are my notes exluding 342, 258 34 and 28 which i was just to damn tired to do. 21 South to 250 and go Right in Strassberg. Then go left on 93, follow south and 93 turns into 83. Past I70 still on 83 is Cumberland, Go left and follow 146 east. In Sarahsville go right on 147 and follow south. Go left on 78 easy and follow through lewisville and woodsfield. Go right on 536. Ends at 7, go North and turn left on 556. 556 turns into 145 and follow West in Bealsville. Not far after go Right on 26 and follow north to 148, go left on 148 and will turn into 800n, follow to 77n and then home. Edited my original post to reflect reports on the correct routes. lol
