  1. D-Ramey here also does custom turbo kits I think. He may be able to help
  2. Apparently "Swamp Men - Africa Edition" has a massive budget restriction
  3. Awww, bring it in Sam....let the bromance flow through you What about an S&S, Revtech, or other aftermarket engine? Coupled with a Baker ( or similar ) trans? And if that's an oilcooler......HOLY SHIT, that thing must hold 12 quarts!
  4. Give me a shout sometime if you want to come by to test fit one of my spare fans man
  5. What year is the guitar? Could you please post a closeup pic of the backside headstock serial/model print? Is this an original Fender Relic, or is it an American Std that has been "relic'ed" after the fact? May have someone interested if it's a legit instrument
  6. My father is selling his house at Wilson Lake just outside of Muscle Shoals in northern Alabama. Would make a great vacation home and/or fisherman's paradise as its just across the road from the lake shore and it's included boat ramp. All major appliances stay as well as some other furniture they cant bring with them back up here to Ohio. Another huge benefit are property taxes, or lack thereof....he's paid less than $200/yr every year since it was built in 2000. 3 bed 2 bath 1300sq 2 storage barns, 1 has attached carport Large hillside lot with mature trees He's asking $82.5k in an area where other real estate is selling at 3-5 times that price, obviously for larger and more extravagant homes but the return is there if the buyer wanted to expand Here's a link to the add... http://m.realtor.com/#details?listing_id=562353015 Local listings in the same area http://m.realtor.com/#results?loc=(34.79190%2C-87.44636)&type=single_family%2Ccondo%2Cland&radius=0.65
  7. 2 weeks away book your trackday don't delay open spots are going away I know, rhymes are ghey...but that's ok
  8. I enjoyed riding there, other than the fact that it was a soggy mudpit that day. It's a fun place to ride with the elevation changes, small bumps/jumps cut into the trails, and a good sized area to get lost in
  9. I know the feeling with jumping up and getting back on quickly. Some friends and I went dirt riding at Richlands Furnace outside of Chilicothe a few years ago. Torrential rain all day had the trails soaked, muddy, and pooling with water. I resembled a dead fish smacking a river bank when I tucked the front down in the bottom of a deep valley creek bed, it was a hard impact and knew my shoulder was torn up as soon as i hit the ground. Everyone was asking if I was ok and how bad the crash looked. I jumped right up, quickly kickstarted the bike, and yelled lets get the hell outta here before the pain sets in! It ended up being a separated shoulder, and it didn't bother me much until after the long drive home, but I toughed it out long enough to unload the bike and nab a hot shower. Took a few weeks before it was healed up. That was the last time I rode in the dirt LOL
  10. I'm hoping it will perform better than expected. Another guy I know that has the full size SR9 loves his and never had a single issue, and he's fed it several brands of ammo. If I didn't have shit going on afterwork, I'd join ya for some range time bro.
  11. Oddball custom build with the springer front end, seat, soft tail, some sort of antique car tail lamp, and a huge radiator/fan? Doubt it's an HD powerplant, I didn't think Harley liquid cooled anything other than the VROD? At any rate, this guy has a boner for Kaw's
  12. I agree with the SV650 or Ninja650 for a good starter. Seems the 250's just become lackluster rapidly once the fundamentals are in place. A 650 twin is pretty forgiving for new riders to learn on, yet a fun and capable bike to keep for years. Remember, It's not WHAT you ride....it's HOW you ride.
  13. Welcome back to the 2 wheeled passion and welcome to the site
  14. I'd make "something" work just in case. That would be quite a tow bill back if something happened down there, not to mention it wouldn't take much large debris to seize/frag a gear pump and inflate your repair bill. If it's a steel sump pipe, I'd maybe hoseclamp some screen around it.
  15. Props to Minster Concrete Coatings, I've seen AJ's house and this type of floor coating is killer, it looks great, seriously durable, and isn't slippery when wet as spills pass right through the top layers. It's a cool product, and your trailer will be the talk of the pits
  16. I walked into a local Shell station here wearing my lid one morning, just in a bit of a hurry so I walked in with it on. I was refused service and told I need to take it off before I could purchase anything. A bit ticked, I did so anyway....but after reading this, it makes more sense. Rip rider
  17. Damn, here's to a speedy recovery and glad to hear it wasn't any worse
  18. I chose the vasectomy since my wife needed to come off the pill. It's a much easier proceedure than getting her tubes tied, and we didn't want anymore kids. Much like Pokey's situation, it easily beats abstinence.....and it was completely covered by our health insurance, so a triple win
  19. Seconded, its just simpler than remembering yet another pill everyday But it's the thought that counts, so.....good lookin' out mj!
  20. Could always use a roll on liner like Herculiner or even Rustoleum Restore if it's wood plank flooring. Be easier than tiling it

    Hi!

That was mostly aimed towards Ricochet's comment about male full frontal nudity.....ya know, ball-afro.....the old twig-n-berry shrubbery.....you'll catch on, just lurk some off-topic threads and there's plenty of slang to be had from our resident "bruised fruits" ( ie busted canopies, mushed melons, drain bamaged noodles ) like me
  22. Nice vaca pics! With I could stomach a full months worth of time off all at once to do something like this, but I'd be SOL the rest of the year. I'd love to get a C14 to load up and test myself at it someday though
