just blabbering, i was just trying to describe the feel, like all other bikes I rode recently were heavy and i really have to work it, and the striple almost feels like going around corners upright. On smooth pavement love the light weight bikes. But the striple with its front stiffness and light weight, As soon as its rough roads i am thrown all over the place and cant maintain the pace and rhythm at all. and FJR used to glide over them

whats with fjr and rear tire nails better in your garage than in middle of no where on a 90 degree day

Amazing news. As i kept saying, john always shows up at the next intersection. I guess since we already have confirmation this doesnt matter much. But I looked through some contacts, and saw one of my junior from med school days is currently doing critical care fellowship in CCF. Havent talked to this guy in over 10 yrs lol no txt no call nothing, and today morning i send him facebook message and asked if he has access to care for john,to give some info prognosis/ current state/ and plan for transfer out etc. More than likely he wont reply since he probably completely forgot who i am

Soooooo much different than the old crappy tires that came with it. Response is incredible , i think i will have an inch or more of chicken strips with the way the bike turns almost vertical around corners with my style of riding.

Not as costly as electronic electric cars to make and maintain / technology by then will give charge to last 300-400 mile loop which is more than most avg riders go/ and the adrenaline kick to soul which is the basic essence of motorcycling is more with such ridiculous accelerating machines but...but... safety electronic nanny profile is going to expand as well / what started as linked brakes/ abs brakes/ride modes/ traction control / cornering abs >>> 15-20 yrs down the lane it will be auto stabilized - no tip over- no high side low side - auto corner speed optimized using gps tech, etc etc Technically motorcycling used to be becoming one with the machine and pacing the world with you mind skill and machines mighty muscle. In future it will become the machine will become you and take you for a ride.

Yes it is, if the 765 is a reliable mill like 675 it's gonna be an awesome machine. Way better track bike than orangy (at least in paper)

Bike back together finally. Took me three different try to get back wheel on without dropping the spacer and failed, send sos to @Al Z. Heimer, he walks in and put it in in 10 mins New rubber, bet the bike will handle better. Hehehe Now need to get some scrub run in before Saturday to get to know the bike better. Already forgot how it rode after all these weeks. Pauly if I am able to get out on time Saturday morning I will join you to make the run to New Concord. Don't want to commit anything now as I won't sleep then lol. I am going to pretend I am not going for a ride Friday night and sleep

This is turning out to be a mini epic ride @tall_tracy yes come, guaranteed fun. I was followed by @Uncle Punk , each and every one here had someone patient show them the rope and help improve. They are better riders because they kept joining and rake up those miles. @MidgetTodd try and make it, new concord only by 11:15 you be awake and way over the party last night I want to see that beauty of a solo banging monster. We might need three groups at this rate And I still can't mount that GD rear tire on, as always jerry gonna save the day for me

. Is caldwell too close to new concord for stop? why am i even thinking / i need to stop thinking and just get some sleep and enjoy the ride fully awake. I ride bettttaaaaa that way . Your ride you plan everything any speed any stop I am game (except 255 i am gonna skip that crap shoot and meet you at the base of 536 ) @TimTheAzn i guess he is thinking to split up numbers if 7-8 show up / too much to haul at speed and pass etc. So split as 4/4 just to keep things simple and safe. Speed will be pretty much med fast for all riders except for few instances of altered sense of speed perception.

Around what time will u be at new concord? i am gonna try to run back roads to get to new concord and meet up with you folks. After new concord is the next stop gonna be at the big gas station all the way on 7 right before 536?
