  1. I'm not sure what happened, but even if I click the picture and it pops out it doesn't get any larger. Tired saving it as well, no luck.
  2. wow, you would think she would have noticed some of the stamping and talked to a collector before turning it in
  3. So after searching for a baseline setup for suspension height, the best I can find is someone recommending 335 eye to eye on the rear shock and 16mm of forks above the triple for a 04/05 750 on Michelin rubber. I had been running the forks flush and stock rear shock length, so those settings will put the bike more on it's nose....whether that is good or bad I'm not sure. Also looking around for generators, probably get one of the 2kw inverter models....would love to find a used honda, but I'm not spending $1k on a new one. I already have an old Montgomery Ward 5kw one, but I doubt people would want to pit within a quarter mile of it. There are so many models out there and a huge spread in price, it makes selecting one a pain.

  5. so why is your stove pulled out in front of the counter? and I see steelers gear!
  6. Thanks for posting! Been listening to MotoPod and they have been talking about Macau, but I never bothered to look up a video. Three minutes in and it looks just like the described it, no room for mistakes.
  7. Forks, clip ons and rear shock installed yesterday. Putting stuff on temporarily to get an idea of sag #'s and make sure the springs and spacers are good. Oh and picked these up on the way back from PA:
  8. Yep, probably why most won't know the diff between an eclipse and a supra
  9. might be interested in a helmet
  10. repost Above guy got lucky. There was another wreck later in the day because of the fluids that leaked from this one.....that rider wasn't as lucky.
  11. I hate these threads, they make me realize how long it will be till another track day.
  12. I would look into setting up my yz for that!
  13. Damnit, I just bought a harbor freight one 2 weeks ago. Not nearly as fancy, wish I would have held off.
  14. I wish there was some way to filter the posts to see all the updates
  15. Thanks, I haven't really bothered with pictures....guess I should have with the spring install, but it was just one of those things where you wake up and just want to knock it out.
  16. stainless lines for the front came in, but I seem to have lost the hose I always use when bleeding....have to pick one up before a "warm" day when I can throw some of this stuff on. Really regret not knocking out the bodywork before it got cold, may have to do some fiberglass work in the house, then take it to PA to spray in the heated garage. Haven't decided if it worth the effort with how cracked up it is.
  17. ^ realize what % of people even know what that means?

Yeah, know what you mean about happening fast. I forgot once when clutching up <5mph in my driveway....came back past bp and engine brake wasn't enough, dropped feet to the ground and started jogging behind the bike. Had a good chance of recovering until I jogged straight off the drive onto a side-sloped grass hill.

They are durable within reason. Just make sure they know replacement parts are not cheap and that it may be fairly tough, but that is not a reason to abuse it.

I have off brand, 20 for 2 w charger. Never had an issue, last just as long as the stock. Get the batteries and a 32gb card. Camera is useless without batteries and memory, and they are both fairly cheap compared to the price of the cam.
