That has to be one of the dumbest things I can think to do. That's crazy money to pay for that degree. It might make sense of you get a lot of scholarships but no way if you are financing it all.
-
Disregard the front loaded part as it's totally legit but you do mainly pay interest first and therefore you do lose out of you sell, refi or payoff early. Generally you will pay 3 times the value of your home so it would be best to start with a small home and pay it off. If you feel you need more house you can upgrade. Interest is a killer when you are the one paying vs collecting. People talk about the mortgage interest deduction, which does offset some of the pain. But you are still spending a dollar to save $0.25-0.40.

Home loans are complete shit with the high fees and front loaded interest fucking you if you refinance or sell or payoff early. You will pay almost all interest during the early years. I'm axed we put up with that shit. I would advise anyone to start with a cheap house and a short loan.

I'm still amazed at the $45-60k with a law degree. 7 years post high school for long(ish) hours at work for that kind of money is lower than what I expected. Glad I know how to fix shit for $ It will be a while before we don't need shit fixed by humans. But even that day is coming.

So libs were the only ones who complained when gas went from $2 to $4?? No, no they weren't. Everyone hated it that I knew. After a while $3-4 gas becomes the norm and normal people stop comaining about it and move on with life. Eventually it will be $5-6 and we will complain at first and get used to it. Such is life. It's no conspiracy. I only disagree with gas and oil tax breaks when unneeded. I don't think gas is too expensive. It's hard to get oil I to gas into my car or bike. Gas has been high for years but you complain of a recent spike in food prices. Therefore it's not hard to realize the recent increases aren't from fuel prices. Yes they contribute but not the cause of the rise. And for you and others to call any president a dictator shows a complete lack of understanding what actaual dictators do. You and I would both be tortured and killed in short order for our comments.

Funny how you mention it was cheap when Obama got elected when it favors your argument and then a couple posts later argue that it was higher when Bush was president. Here is a possible reason or two: 1. $4.50 a gallon after we stir up a shit storm in the middle east which was a Bush decision! 2. We had never had prices that high before so it was a big deal. 3. Obama pushed for higher CAFE standards so higher bad prices affect those who buy the newer higher mileage cars aren't paying more overall despite it being higher per gallon. Regarding your bitching about food prices, it's likely higher due to weather and drought more than fuel prices. Which those assholes on the left are also trying to do something about that you won't like and you will surely overlook the benefits of and/or credit someone else.

The same way most things work: to maximize profit. There's even one school of thought that it would lower oil prices at home but like most things, I doubt that would come true long term.

I'll take the crucial m550 512GB. Edit. Appears they are almost all sold out. If any 512GB fall through PM me

20-30 mph in the one case mentioned. Saying it's engine mounting is the source. It's just a junkie bike. Buy hey they look and sound good right.

I now better understand the gripe. What did you expect to earn? How far off do you think you will be? People are sold one thing and many times end up with much mess income than expected and more debt than expected. I'm a college for some people. My oldest son will be a senior this year at OSU for computer science and engineering degree. Excellent chance of good pay recession or not. Legal field to me means long hours for years before the lay gets really good, if ever.

I wish college was free for smart hard working kids these days but I don't have a lot of sympathy for the OP. Smart enough to pass law school should be smart enough to see how much you borrowed and estimate the payments expected. But hey, schools don't teach financial basics otherwise we wouldn't have a 'faux slave labor' and 'consumer' economy. Too much debt to quit work and want too much shit to get out of debt. I have some sympathy since they lie to you about how import a college degree is and how much everyone will make after they spend years of their life studying and borrowing to get through school. The days of working your way through college are largely over. Minimum wage is a little over double but tuition is many times more than it was 30 years ago. Most likely an unintended consequence of easy loans meant to help people. And Congress is fucking students. Plain and simple. Large banks can borrow money for FREE. Billions for FREE and students have to pay triple the inflation rate. Hmmmm!

Front end losing contact when making a large direction change
turnone replied to RHill's topic in Track is Crack
I'm a pretty quick left right or right left rider and only ever lifted the front during transitions on short wheelbase bikes. Good news it's very unlikely to crash you out. Not sure why it's happening to you. Too little rebound makes sense. -
What's a sailboat? Seriously I have been racing or trying to race. Fun so far and very low risk of injury. Amazing how fast 10 mph can feel. But I do still have all my bikes and want to start tracking the Ducati as soon as my hand and wrist heal up. Right now my right hand has 1/5 the grip strength of my left. I'm right handed.

I'd go ahead and say this guy is guilty. Sexting multiple women, including one underage (that's never good). https://gma.yahoo.com/dad-charged-sons-hot-car-death-could-face-205627605--abc-news-topstories.html "Stoddard testified that before the boy died, Harris had visited the website Reddit to search for articles on life without children, and viewed videos on Reddit that showed people dying -- by suicide or execution, in some cases. Harris had also twice viewed a video that shows the painful death of animals left in hot cars, and had searched for how to survive in prison, according to searches of his laptop, Stoddard said."

Don't see any reason for that crash. Lane was open and bike has two brakes.

I agree that the knee is a gauge but 0-100% isn't what should happen, at least not with me. Normal riding position knee starts to touch. Lean further and you bring your knee closer to the fairings. That's the gauge. Guessing here, knee touching might be 65-75% then keep going. Knee up against bike (or crash) 100%. I've never been a grinder. Just a skimmer of knee. Don't see the point in grinding, especially on minis as it slows you down. If it saves a front tuck then grinding makes sense in those limited instances. Chris

Must visit. Fantastic place. A living museum where the bikes run. Definitely check the schedule as they close on a weekday. I failed to so this the first time I went. Where else can you hear 100 year old bikes?

How simple do you have to be to willing to buy something to get the gun? You do know that you overpay for the car if it includes a gun, or anything else. You could just buy the car somewhere and the gun you want somewhere else. Sigh...

Internet research a non issue unless it was search terms like 'how can I kill a child'. But what troubles me is the fact that his normal routine was to take him to child care where he worked. It would be one mistake to forget to take him inside with you. It's something else to leave work without going to get him from child care. If this was the normal routine then I find it very suspicious. Also unanswered, did he get fast food drive through or go in? If he went in, did he take the kid in with him. Tragic death. I find it odd that some parents go unpunished for these deaths. Everyone should be punished who let's their child die in a car (or anyone's child). Not life in prison but something!

I find that if done gently it works for me. Some people don't realize how much of a sick move it is to tailgate and it let's them realize you will go faster when you can. It's just one option. Let them by and stay well clear also works.

2014 Eastern Mini Roadracing Championship! (6/21 & 22)

Expert and novice are always scored separately even if run together. Your fears are unwarranted. I agree with Brian, you get points for the place you finish. This is how it was the last two years at the combined event. -
Slow down gradually to create a gap in front. Keep an eye out for the person and pick the lane that allows them to go past in the least dangerous manner. When you see someone coming over that was already aggressively tailgating, slow down and let them come over. Keep slowing down in case they brake check you. Goal is to get them in front of you and let them be on their way. Who knows what's in their mind at the time. Maybe in a hurry maybe just a dick. Speeding off only works if you are going to be faster than them for the foreseeable future. I don't recommend it. It's a tough balance whether they are being aggressive towards you or to everyone. I will also gradually slow down and sometimes look back directly at them or gently raise my hands in the universal 'what shall I do or what's your problem' sign language. Try not to be too aggressive with the hand motions.

Hardly call that the OH version of the KY incident a few years back. I don't think you slowed down too much. I do think you shouldn't play chicken with a truck when they come over. Even if you have the right away, it's a bad idea. As I always tell new riders, I know you're not one "Technically right won't matter if you are dead or in the hospital'. Meaning rules are one thing, physics is another.

LiFePO4 are taking over and much lighter than the current NiMh or any lead acid batteries. Perfect for vehicles and large live aboard sailboats (other interest). Expensive but that will continue to drop. Tesla is set to build a 2 Billion factory in the USA. Asia will continue as ramp up production as well. My personal presence would be a diesel electric, I may someday buy an all electric. Chris
