I sent another message through his website. Tomorrow will be a full month.

That ride is awesome. Pretty much any road out of McConnellsville is a good road.

Awesome looking bike! Those 6 cylinders sound awesome. I looked at a K1600GT, but too much for my budget.

I ride the section from Rt 50/7 to Rt 550 on my way home from work, which is the best quality section of 555 IMO. Lots of blind hills and curves. It's an ok road, not my favorite. I wouldn't avoid it though.

Welcome to the forum! I didn't know a kitchen table makes a great bike lift lol

I would understand if I was just getting freebies, but I did order one that cost. My entire order was like $7, so it's not that big of a deal, but something just strikes a nerve when I can't get a response. I'm going to wait until the order is 30 days old, then my patience might run out.

I ordered mine on January 11th along with a "look twice for bikes" sticker. I sent contact requests on the decal website, and PM'd here. No response. Order still says awaiting fulfillment. I know it's not alot of money, but heck a response would be nice.

Well if you have a battery tender pigtail, they just released a usb adapter. I got mine at iron pony for 10 bucks. Here: http://www.batterytender.com/Accessories/USB-Charger-QDC.html

How far / long would you ride in a day - Road trip.
JustinNck1 replied to Phreon's topic in Daily Ride
I made a trip down that way earlier this year. First day was 500 miles, we stopped every couple hours to stretch and get fuel. Biggest thing for me was being prepared for the weather. If your not comfortable when you leave, its probably gonna get worse. There are some great roads down that way, which makes the trip totally worth it. -
Yeah it was a bad decision on my part. It was the first and last time I have done it. I stay off the highway as much as possible. It isnt fun to ride it anyways.
-
Yeah I went between two cars that were side by side for like 4 miles. I was going probably 70 to their 65. Cop cited me for improper lane. He was going to give me reckless op, but it was my birthday, so I got lucky.

I ordered 3 holsters from Alien Gear holsters. One for myself and two for christmas gifts. I like the comfort of the IWB and these are a good entry level budget holster. The quality on the leather version isnt the best, but the version 2.0 synthetic material is very nice. They offer one for a magnum research Baby Desert Eagle. One thing to keep note, the turn around time for a holster is 7 weeks. I got mine 7 weeks to the day on ordering for all 3. That is one awesome story. It's great to see people willing to go the extra mile like that. Enjoy the bike!

I have never done skeet, we have a local club that does a public buddy trap on Thursday nights which is a blast. Closest thing to skeet for my is hitting the long shot from the side of the trap house.

No, just a normal patrol car. He wasn't amused with my riding.

Beautiful gun. Good sale. If you enjoy sporting clays, I really like Briar Rabbit in Zanesville. 100 bird course is awesome.

I know Ohio State Highway Patrol isn't a fan of lane splitting. It cost me $150 bucks

Ive tried a bunch of allergy medicines, and the nasal sprays work the best for me. I always run a chin curtain in my helmet now, and have noticed it helps me a bunch especially when passing people mowing their lawn. The more air tight the helmet, the better imo.

I met him at the Cleveland Progressive Cycle Show and he just got there and no one was around him. I went up for an autograph, and he was asking what kind of bike I had and we sat there and shot the breeze for awhile. Really cool guy.

Too bad their isn't any Ducati Dealers in the Southeast part of the state. Japanese bikes and harleys are the only things you see.

The quality of Held gloves are great. I love my pair of Held Rodneys. By far the best visor wiper of any glove I have ever used.

I considered a new Multistrada, but I couldn't do the 33 in seat height. The FJR is about as high as I wanted to go. The concours14 felt heavier than the FJR imo. Someday I will have more than one bike, a sport/naked bike and a sport/tour bike. Maybe S1000rr or R1 Crossplane
-
Coming from a BMW, the FJR was leaps and bounds better on power delivery compared my K1200RS. The machine is so smooth and I was honestly surprised how comfortable it was on this trip. I found mine as a demo model with 500 miles on it. Dealer took off $3000 and threw in a 5 year warranty.

Just got my photo from US129Photos.
