i have had real good luck with Alien Gear Holsters. They take forever to get, but their super affordable and lifetime free Krydex exchanges in case you trade guns.

This is really odd. I have had nothing but great service from Time Warner. I have the 50/5 service, maybe they see that and treat people different idk. I hardly ever have an outage or any kind of bandwidth drop.

Just to update this, I received the Airstream II gloves as an upgrade, but I did not like them at all(Fitment was completely different than the Rodneys), so they were happy to send a new pair of Rodneys once they got them in stock. I got my new gloves Monday and couldn't be happier.

Its funny you say that, cause he sold his EX500 to get something else. I've made some impractical bikes worthy of long rides and a throttle lock or cruise control is a necessity IMO.

Thanks for all the input guys. We have found two likely candidates. A 99 BMW R1100RT and a 04 Suzuki Vstrom. The Vstrom looks really nice, but has high miles. He is leaning towards the BMW, which has half as many miles and an amazing service record.

Thats what I have been saying. When you get up to around $3000, your options widen a good bit.

Hey guys, I got a buddy looking for either an Adventure or Sport Touring bike. He had a sport bike and is now ready for something comfortable to log some miles. He is on a tight budget ($2000 tops). Any recommendations what to look for? He would like to find a Concours or ST1100, but we have not had any luck in that price range. I was thinking maybe an FZ6, Vstrom, or VFR?

I usually soak the entire bike with a water hose. Lay a soaked absorber chamois over the windshield and nose. Wash the rest of the bike with soap and wash mit. Then come back to the nose and remove the chamois. Bugs wash off with no effort at all. I wax usually every 4-5 washes.
