  2. I'm happy with our $110-120 normal and $150 summer bills in TX (3k+ sqft). I laugh at my coworkers that bought these cheap built 4k+ sqft homes that have $400-500 electric bills in the summer...

  6. Who had it before her? If it's the car I know, it was in Kuwait at one point and yes LOTS of parts have been taken off. The one I know ran 10's so maybe it just looks the same...but a different car completely....
  7. Do you know any history on the car? It looks like someone I knew in the military's car but looks like everything was stripped off if it's the same one. Again, don't know if it's the same car but looks pretty similar...
  8. As Dover said, 100% streetable. No need for a Bazzaz or PC, ECU has been hacked and you can make all changes through the factory computer with no piggy-back systems. Honestly, my setup is pretty basic, you can make a LOT more if you want. 370whp on pump is more than enough and at stock wheel base it's going to be silly. The C16 is for back-to-back top speed runs for a little added safety....
  9. Thanks everyone! This project has been going on for to long, finally glad to just get it done. I've had parts in my garage for over a year and the turbo kit sitting in my garage for 6-months (my daughter was born 6-weeks early). Life is busy right now, just no time... It's a hair rich at that RPM for the C16's added boost. No stretch for me, I don't do the drag bike thing. It's setup for top speed where the short arm is needed to keep wheel spin down. Hopefully the added traction won't cause it to wheelie to bad at 200+... Yes, full RCC setup. I had planned on sending the engine to Knecum but couldn't get it pulled in time before I left town. I ended up having Rick Ivy do the build/install and am very happy with everything. I've got two little ones and a decent job, would prefer a closed course event like the Texas Invitational, or one of the Mile events. I've got to much to loose doing 60-220mph+ rolls on the street... Thanks Dover! If you are in Ohio in September, I'm shooting for the Wilmington event if you can make it out.
  10. Life has been to busy and I'm just now getting things closer to being done. Parts have been sitting in the garage for to long, months and months but hope to make it out to race again in September if everything goes as planned.   15. They are typically silver spoon children that haven't actually earned anything themselves or done anything worth while to earn respect. They think the bragging and BS chatter will make people like them when really it just puts a spotlight on how much of a complete tool they are. The only people that stand for it are the ones that will gladly take there money since they haven't got a clue what they are doing with it or the rest of the trust fund (other than blow it on BS)... Have you even been to another "so called" exotic car town or event?
  16. +1 If you are a smart rider and can handle it, I would get a liter bike. Hell, they are all to much for the street but the difference is... ...if you get into a tight spot with a car.....the liter/big bore bike you can just gas it and GTF out of the way. A 600/750 you will have to downshift to get into the power band and by then it may be to late....

  18. Why get mad? As if that race is the only thing they have going for there life. I'd have told him to get real. If you can't afford to lose a money race then you shouldn't be betting in the first place...
