  1. Does she have an aversion to scooters? Those can be cheap, reliable and take a lot of stress out of learnig how to navigate traffic and getting famiar with two-wheeled maneuvers. She can learn the fundamentals of motorcycle safety and ease into the mechanical inputs. She will have braking and countersteering under her belt, which will make focusing on shifting less daunting.
  2. How some places stay in business is astounding.
  3. I don't know the answer. Hence the question.
  4. What are the likely ramifications for China when the dust finally settles? When does the world finally get off its ass and do something about China and North Korea?
  5. Way to social distance, Ed. Why not let him lick you? Jesus..
  6. So, that is essentially the end of the "China made it" conspiracy?

  9. You should watch more. He uses the center stand to break the tire bead and spoons the tire off in about 10 seconds. That is why he straps the stand and locks the brake.
  10. Time to see if all these resilient boot-strappers can hold themselves vertical for a year. Castle-Up and tell the FedGov to cram their assistance right up their asses. Cocked, Locked and RTR... amirite? #takingitback
  11. Meh... I just bought a new wheelset. Mavic Open Pros with Ultegra hubs. My build kit is complete, minus a pair of new tubes. Any good tutorials on how to properly setup Sram's FD w/ the yaw pivot?
  12. The scientists said we cannot know exactly how to respond. Every day was a potential new battle plan. History is dictating our moves because it is the only thing we have with factual evidence, versus anecdotal. There is no way to know how effective our measures are, because this is a biological threat to which there are no emergency response manuals. The reason behind the social distancing efforts and mandatory closures is too alleviate the burden to our health care system and responders, because we can quickly be overrun with sick Americans that will be turned away from medical care due to a lack thereof.
  13. Our health care system cannot cope with this outbreak as it is. If we had not taken the drastic measures we have, we would be in trouble. Time is still against us in this. Don't go counting your chickens just yet, guys. This all seems excessive because it is working. The spread seems minimal because it is working. Mother Nature is 100% in charge, but this would look a lot worse if we didn't take action.
  14. Nice feature of the GS.. no brake dive. Lol
  15. I have ridden several times and I get waves and nods from Sherriffs. Are you guys really being stopped and questioned?

  17. Yeah. I used to have all of the tools for BMW and Victory Vision wheels. Sold them all with my NoMar. Shit happens.
  18. I didn't work on bikes today, but I did begin to organize my tool box. I finished the first two drawers. Only 9 more to go.
