    Walking Dead

I don't give two shits about watching the Governor.
  7. Just about all the games I wanted to play were broken in some way. Still had a good time.
  8. not much of a story to read....
  9. I get that, but the guy is busy trying to man-handle the 9 second car away from the walls.. last thing he's probably fixated on is the chute in that split second he had before it rolled.
  10. Dipping generally turns out like shit.
  11. Yeah, if he only pulled the chute earlier
  12. The blinking light idea is a joke... My VWs have had them on both doors and the dash. It got broken into on multiple occasions, each time nothing was taken. I don't leave any electronic devices, no change, NOTHING in my car. Best thing you can do is either avoid living there all together, or keep nothing in your car and leave it unlocked. If they want to steal the car, they'll steal it regardless of what you do. To make it easiest on yourself, seriously, just leave it unlocked. You'll be happy when you find your door ajar and no broken window.
  13. My understanding, from a good friend of mine in Florida who wraps cars for a living, is that the wrap can last anywhere between 3-7 years depending on the quality of wrap you're purchasing. They can't really guarantee the life span of a wrap because conditions are different for each application. He said they usually last 2-3 years in Florida's sun before they really need to be removed from discoloration. You're not supposed to treat the wrap in any way, with wax or sealants- IIRC, all sealants or waxes should be removed from paint prior to wrapping the vehicle for best surface adhesion. Many people swear it doesn't damage the paint, but often times people will find it pulls clear coat or etches the clear with time. When I pulled the wrap off my GTI, that had been wrapped for a little over a year in Florida, it pulled off clear in some areas, pulled up paint chips that had been filled, pulled paint in some areas entirely, and was fine in other areas. Overall, save your money.... huge waste and looks like crap, even when you do use quality wrap.
  14. Give her.... The BUSTER :dumb:

    Porsche 944

a DME that likely needs replaced and a missing fuse?
  16. It was actually 28 hours and 50 Minutes. Pretty fucking incredible. Makes me wonder.... http://jalopnik.com/meet-the-guy-who-drove-across-the-u-s-in-a-record-28-h-1454092837
  17. I used nice locks that would cost me far more than it would to just have them re-keyed. Looking around I found that some of the retail stores like Home Depot and Lowes will re-key the locks if you bring them in. I'll be looking into this. I just hate calling a stupid locksmith out for something I could do myself if I had the means to cut keys and change tumblers.
  18. Need the locks on the house changed... anyone here have a good locksmith they could recommend me, with good pricing? Thanks!
  19. Funniest fucking thing I've ever read. Is this according to some dumb website you took a mickey mouse IQ test on, or are you simply a self-proclaimed genius? David hit the nail on the head.
  20. I'll stop by later with the porsche, thanks for the parking spot
