  1. I'm sure OSHA would love to see this picture.
  2. This guy likes paying monthly fees to a newsgroup server. :dumb:
  3. Is this the same car you were trying to sell early this year as the resto mod car you didn't have time for? http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=89235 Anything change on it since then?
  4. Dual Layer or Single Layer copy? If you want to compress from dual to single, DVD Shrink does very well. Straight dual-to-dual, there are a number of ripping programs. I prefer AnyDVD but also use DVD Fab when necessary (though I use either of them 99% of the time for Blu-ray as DVD's are pretty much obscolete now).
  5. That place is overpriced and not all that good. If you want seafood @ Easton, McCormick and Schmicks is the only place to go.
  6. Seems my loss is your gain. I ordered a set of Brembo blanks for the wife's B7, only to find out the cross reference chart used is 100% wrong. It would cost more to return them than to sell them. These are a pair of brand new, Brembo 25391 rotors. These are 288mm x 25mm rotors. Should fit B5 and B6 A4, will NOT fit B7 A4 (that requires a 321mm x 30mm). These are very nice looking rotors, and wish I could have used them, as I was in a got to get it done situation today and went with the Napa Ultra Premiums as my only resort. Here is a link to the specs of the rotors: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/details/QQAudiQQA4QQBremboQQBrake_DiscQQ19962006QQBR25391.html These rotors are brand new. One is still in its box, the other I mounted but quickly realized it wasn't the right diameter and removed it. Price: $140 for the pair.
  7. Is there something wrong with yours? The Borg-Warner T-56 is more robust than the Tremec T-56 put in the LS1 cars. Stock they take a ton of abuse and unless you are going to a pretty crazy setup, I would leave it alone.
  8. Lucé Enoteca in Powell is nice and has an excellent wine selection (I suggest one of their Gewürztraminer bottles, as the couple we have tried have been very good). Nice atmosphere, and you can easily get out of there both under, on, or over your budget depending on the food and wine you select.
  9. It's fing loud and I want to sleep.
  10. You will spend more time and effort finding someone to do it and setting up all the BS versus just doing it yourself.
  11. Yes, because penis sell nothing for domestics, let alone a pull-style clutch.
  12. FYI, your Liquid Force is a 2006 Omega 143. I ride an 07 and really like it...loose board and easy to ride. Good for taller and/or heavier riders.
  13. You also need to understand that the LT1 uses a pull style clutch while most clutch setups are push style. Because of this, all LT1's clutches are either a Valeo pressure plate, a modified Valeo, or a knock off as Valeo holds the patent for it. So just because a certain clutch works well for, say an LS1 car, doesn't mean it is worth a damn for the LT1.
  14. McLeod Street Twin. More expensive, but it is pricey for a reason. I wish I went that way the first time (after two LT4 PP with different discs, and on the second SPEC Stage III Carbon.
  15. #1: Your ski isn't allowed at anywhere local that is decent to wakeboard, so it isn't even an issue for you. #2: Powerturns cause a far bigger wake issue (look at the link, it explains it) over a weighted boat. You don't even boat. Did you read the link? Powerturns don't get you back to your rider much (if any) faster. Further, it's not about overpower another's wake, it is about causing chop on the water. Other than tubing, all other towable watersports (wakesurfing, skiing, kneeboarding, wakeboarding, wake skating, air-chair, etc.) need calm water to do it appropriately.
  16. IMO Pandora music is better than Sirius, but Pandora doesn't have any exclusive content. But anything is better than Welfare Radio most of the people on CR seem to listen to.
  17. My wife went a few years ago, and said it isn't worth the super long flight, severe jet lag and higher expenses vs other tropical destinations that are much closer.
  18. Ehh, at least we don't have to drive as far is we want to gamble. The area they are putting it in has zero growth of anything and has been gradually becoming a shit-hole, so this may actually be something good for the area. Buddy of mine at work lives near there (bought his condo many years ago with it about paid off now), and is hoping it will spike the value in the area for a bit so he can get out.
  19. TTT, still have this for $40. The other one is sold.
  20. Sold (not to anyone on here).
