In a full-size that's probably all you can get. I can't think of anything else in a late model pick-up. I do have 2 friends that have new Nissan Frontiers with the NISMO package, 4.0L Vq V6 and a manual transmission. One has a quad cab, the other is a extended so he could get the longer bed. If you don't need a full size truck I would look at one of those.
