I'm in and out of businesses and government facilities all day long and I can tell you that some of the dumbest places have the most security and all the places that would scare americans the most (ie schools, your adverage office buildings) have the least security. I'm always amused at the crap they make me go through at DFAS or Rickenbacker at the National Guard gates. I can totally understand some light screening to make sure the wrong people don't get in, but they act like some terroist would actually bother doing a car bomb of shoot out in those places. I'd hate to see what could happen if a van full of terroists really attacked a place crowed with civilians shopping or at school or whatever. That would scare us and probably shut us down for a few days or longer again. but of course you can't really protect those places and it would be insane to try to do so. You'd have to take the rights of every citizen in every public place in america and that just wouldn't work. Evan

Yeah that dude didn't get any for a long time and probably never will again. Evan

Well if the sanctions were real and an actual threat to NK I'd understand them saying it will be considered an act of war, but since the sanctions are nothing really and don't even have a mention of penalties for failure to comply then I'd have to say that this is still a great show and I can't wait until election season is over. hehe. Well I don't drive a toyota truck on the highway anyway and in the rare cases that I do its going around 50 and in the farthest right lane that I can get in. No one ever tail gates that truck and if anyones actually dumb enough to do so they most likely get dents and broken crap from all the debris falling off the truck after every pothole. I just don't see a problem with passing on the right and do it all the time without ever acting like an ass to anyone that I have to pass on the right. Its no big deal and definately not worth flashing bright lights or honking/tailgating. they've already proven that they don't care about their personal saftey by aggressively tailgating someone and its suprising how many rabbits jump out in front of me out on the highway:-) Evan

Fuck all you selfrightous assholes. I drive fast enough in the far left lane to get my liscense taken all the time and theres always a bunch of asshats riding my ass in there SUVs or BMWs. The way I see it is if they pass me they are going to have to go 90 to 100 easily and if they feel that I should get out of there way so that they can avoid a citation for passing on the right they are insane. Fuck it if you won't obey one traffic law why obey any of them. /rant mode off Evan

Wow thats a great quote because its such a good idea. Theres almost 1 car fire per week here in columbus. Normally right before rush hour so not really a big deal to me. Evan

I"m not sure about increasing wear. I think your thinking of it backwards because if its got an underdrive pulley it would spin slower which would help the engine turn the part increasing horsepower. If it were an overdrive pulley it would be a smaller than stock pulley and would make it spin faster which would lead to faster wear, but it still shouldn't wear out that fast. More on the underdrive system. If it does have an underdrive pulley then it will spin slower and and would not charge as well as it would with the stock pulley. This would be especially noticable at idle or under heavy load from lights and a large sound system. Evan

Agreed. The probe wouldn't be worth driving that far for unless you got a special probe that he wants. Unless you know him watch out for a scam. I guess from what I know of the probe and the 3000 I don't know who's getting the better deal. Not really a tech question though and probably needs moved to parking lot. Evan

haha damn 3 of you home and someone kicks your door in. Were yal really hiding under beds? I can't believe no one got up fast enough to see who it was. Evan

Yeah the Cedar falls area is an easy one to get to and its only a short stair climb down into and back out of that particular area. I don't know if I'd want to try to watch a couple of young kids around alot of the old mans cave area myself, but if your kids ain't dumb then maybe you'll have better luck then I could image some of my relatives having. Whatever. My insurance is so cheap I'll gladly pay twice as much per year for that memory. I drive for a living and the people I find that do the dumbest shit and just assholes who are probably only on there way to a friends house or something. I never have problems with others who drive 8 to 5 daily as part of there jobs. Evan

I can't wait for the election season to end. Then its gonna be open season for dumbass dictators and I"m gonna sit back and watch the shows on the military channel. Evan

I don't see China as being pissed. they are making political statements like diplomats always do. Things like "We are outraged by your actions" Don't mean as much to me as just calling in the generals and staging for an assault. Its just like the rest of the UN always do when things get ugly. They make there threats, pass there resolutions, stall for time while the boys in the US get to go fight and die to make the rest of the world stable. hell WWI would never have even ended the way the europeans were hanging out in those trenches playing card games with the enemy. I saw on history channel that officers had to go act as snipers to keep the hate going between the men. It was nuts. Just get the job done and go home. That should be the Marines slogan. Evan

Strickland or Blackwell wouldn't be bad for governor after having Taft for so long. I'm voting for Blackwell because I like small government and he says that he does too. At least I can't think of many reasons strickland would be a very bad choice. he seems like an old school democrat and thats probably because he's like 68 years old. Can't ever really tell with the democrats though they use so much doublespeak it makes my head spin. He was on wosu 820 today and Fred (the host for those who don't listen) asked him some direct questions and he skipped around the issues talking about some other crap that was only somewhat related. I can't wait to hear the same discussion with Blackwell in the chair. Hopefully he doesn't decide to be a little bitch and decline the interview like Taft did year after year. He needed to get on the air and come clean with the people and explain the issues and never did. Also I'm really not so sure that Blackwell is just another Taft buddy. For at least the last 3 years he's been at the forefront of the law suit filed against the legislature and the taft administration concerning the Ohio supreme court ruling that declared ohio's property tax situation unconstitutional. Taft and his buds + the senate have actually ignored 2 rulies and the law suit so far. This was well before blackwell should have been worrying about looking good for a governors race. He probably created some heat between departments for that sort of action and I want a leader that isn't afraid to take the heat. Bush is an excellent example and I only disagree with him anytime he agrees with/or lets democrats get there way. Evan

Hell if we can "extend ourselves" then I say go for it. We are the super power and its time we used it. "To secure peace is to prepare for war." Haha Yeah well I agree with the guy who thinks there leader wants the US to put some cartoon back on the air. Thats an awesome theory and only because its probably true. Fuck the rest of the world, only liberals think it matters what they all think anyway. Evan

Yeah salvage titling doesn't effect insurance in any way. That just means it was totalled and repaired to road worthyness or whatever you want to call it. Evan

The company I work for is looking to hire a few more copier and other office equipment repair people for there columbus territory which includes columbus and all surrounding cities. Also looking to hire at least 1 person for there Mansfield territory which stretches into a pretty big surrounding area. The job would be repair and maintenace of copiers, printers, fax machines, and networks. At this point they are looking for trainable people with all the usual customer service skills and all that good ethics stuff. I'm not a recruiter at all, but I will except PM's about it if anyones interested. I'm just relaying the message because finding people and getting the word out seems to be a problem these days. Evan

Wow you guys all suck at Mexican food. Go to Senior Antonios. Its almost to Lewis Center in the Walmart shopping center off 23. I've eaten mexican all over the country and it is the best there is without any doubt in my mind. I go there 2 to 3 times a week at times. Its the real deal and the service is unmatched at any resturant, but that could be because they all know my wife and I because we've been going there for over 5 years. Seriously everyone that likes mexican should go there. It seems like most of the other places people listed all taste the same and have the same (I think canned rice and other stuff. Either way there not as good, but there still good places.) On the Boarder is a different style all together, but still not bad stuff. Another very good one is up in Mansfield. My wife and I actually drive up there sometimes just to eat at the place and thats about 75 miles one way. Its called El Chimpestos or something like that. I suck at spelling. Its south american not so much the mexican style. Much different sauces and stuff and very good. Evan

About the only places that are going to guarantee an accurate reading are going to be the Cat scales at the truck stops, There is one out west at the Pilot station off I-70 and another out east at the Truck stop at the national trails exit off I-70. Another place that would have calibrated scales would be any of the concrete/rock yards. They have to be accurate because they are loading semis and they need the correct weight. Scrap steel recycling centers don't need to know the correct weight to pay you for your load. They are only paying on the difference between the weight when you enter and the weight when you leave. Its what the guys tell there wifes/girl friends when they are letting them drive the tow rig. I always look in the mirrors and it comes pretty natural since the mirrors are a reverse image already. Usually I watch the drivers side if I know for sure the trailer is gonna fit where I"m trying to put it. Then I worry about centering up later if its necessary. Another important tip that no ones mentioned. "remember you have front corners too and watch the front end of your truck as well." I've almost put my front end into things before because of my 90 degree docking manuever required to put my trailer in my driveway. Thats why I use the mirrors as much as possible. That way I'm able to better monitor my tow rigs position. Evan

I gotta say buy polaris. They've donated large amounts of money to the quad and 4x4 organizations recently. I don't know alot about quads myself, but The Honda I had was 2wheel drive and getting stuck didn't happen much. I'd think that a 4x4 would be more for the fat old men to chug along on though. To easy. Or just get a truck if your into hill climbs. Evan

Get an HP if you don't wanna replace it again for 10 years or just buy lexmark cheapies and replace them everytime the ink runs out. I did that through about 3 printers. PM me if you want a free lexmark. Works just needs ink. Evan
