I have a 4th gen iPod classic that's currently not working properly. I can connect to my PC, sync music, browse files via the iPod itself or via remote when it's docked to my Denon receiver, but no sound comes out either from the headphone jack or via the Denon receiver when connected via USB. I'm at a loss, and I haven't had time to visit a Genius (nor do I particularly want to). I have a 2nd iPod classic that I have been using but this one was a gift and has some sentimental value so I'd like to fix it if possible. Anyone encountered this/know of a quick fix? Factory restore/format has done nothing.

Another vote for sales. I won't be selling cars my whole life, but while here I learned to sell my experience to prospective employers. It saddens me to hear that you're having a shit experience in corrections. Is it due to privatization? My uncle worked 35 years in corrections in Connecticut and said he loved every minute of it until they made him the warden. Of course it was probably a big cultural difference, as most of his inmates were Native Americans and he is a huge U.S. history buff.

even a good director could turn that into a CGI nightmare. I liked the brief appearance of Zsasz in Batman Begins, and in a darker, more violent reboot I think he'd be an awesome nemesis. Like Ra's Al Ghul, Talia, Bane and the Joker, he has little care for human life, making him a good main antagonist (unlike the Nolan Scarecrow, Dent, and Daggett)

I know that at the Sports Barn, a well lit, clearly indicated alarmed door gets opened at least twice per game when I play there. A dark theater door would set off alarms all the damn time and potentially ruin not just that movie theater's experience, but in all adjacent theaters as well. Its a valid point but impossible to implement.

I don't disagree. The FIAT hits a few of the highlights of each the Smart and the Mini. It is NOT as much a performance machine like the Mini is, and the price reflects it. It is a good economy car with a lot of nice features compared to the Smart, and again, the price reflects it. I think it does a great job of combining the driving experience of both; the Smart in my opinion is a great idea for a car that was horribly executed. The boat motor, the mentally-challenged robot transmission, and bizarre lack of options (no standard assisted steering? no A/C standard? wtf?) made for a poor reception here. On the other hand, the Mini is a much more performance oriented drive. They are INSANELY fun to drive and I can't knock much about them, save for the price and cost of ownership. Also I fucking hate run-flat tires, but that's personal opinion and not a fact. Still, you experience the performance orientation of the ride whether you want to or not, something I find undesirable for a DD. I really hope FIAT and Mini can build on each others' success so we develop a market that is more friendly to small car manufacturers. I want Renault and Citroen back in this country. We need the FIAT Punto Abarth here. We need the Benz A-Class here.

The MS3 is a great car, don't get me wrong. 260 HP is absolutely awesome for a platform that size. However, it's necessary. The curb weight on an Abarth is, depending on options, somewhere between 2450-2600 lbs. Curb weight on an MS3 is 3280, and I'm sure that increases with options as well. That's not an insignificant difference. I remember meeting you at Red, White and Boom. Come by and drive one!

In what universe would regular civilians firing upon a body-armored, assault rifle-wielding psychopath in a dark theater full of tear gas be a good idea???? I'm all for gun ownership, but no number of CCW heroes in that theater would've been a good idea. What if a legal gun owner opened fire on that idiot and hit another child...your daughter maybe?
