XR4Ti you already have?

Do you really want to make enemies with this scammer by screwing with him? He knows where you live.

http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2016/08/no-fixed-abode-generic-fixes-future/ You can only hope that the aftermarket will survive, no matter how much the status quo changes...

That 'vert is a cool car indeed.

Kerry and I spent parts of our childhood in New York, and anyone in Cuyahoga county (Cleveland area) knows about annual inspections and emissions certification. Man...I hope we're not going down that road. Although, there are certainly some janky-a$$ cars on the road that need regulating, quite frankly. If heightened emissions controls are part of that solution, then so be it. If I can get a $75 cat to weld-in on my historical-tagged teeruk and be emissions compliant, then I'm good with that... ...the problem I fear is anything done by .gov will reach further than they need to and make processes far more complicated. Here's to hoping a lot of what the EPA is doing will go after OTR semi trucks and large diesels...I know they were looking at cracking down on that group.

All I know is.... downtown in the Columbus Commons parking garage, the basement where I park (relatively temperate year-round, and monthly-pass people take a little more care with others around them than in gen-pop upstairs), they just cleared out over 50+ spots and installed signs that say "EPA Vehicles Only - Towing Enforced". I've paid more than $150/mo for years and now the spaces are being cut? WTF??? Even better, most of them are empty! Are there cars coming from somewhere else for the EPA, or is the EPA bulking up? Why do they need so many parking spots???

I was up 10% on DUST with only a couple of weeks in it, sold out... I'm picking up some SQQQ again, partially because I'm looking at dividend-ETF's and everything is priced at the top of the market - and I simply don't see either: 1) The market getting much higher than where it's at in an election year prior to November (I can see it going down), or 2) Once either candidate gets in - it doesn't matter whom - there will be some serious volatility through the end of the year. Thoughts on where one could park some profits over the next few months? I think everyone is looking for yield in this low-rate economy - and low-volatility market - we're still operating in. All bets are off until after the election...

I'm not a sports guy, but I will anticipate reading the expose' article about the money getting thrown at these kids... :gabe:

FTFY. Damn...that looks like it would've been a bear to remove. Hope you didn't scratch up the barrel too much! Important safety tip. Thanks, Egon! [/bill murray]

I think that's the big problem with getting older: the past seems simpler (largely, it is) and you long for what seems like fun times. In addition, high-school/college years are formidable times so who you are as an adult FEELS like it's formed through experiences during those times. I say to keep an open mind and heart on the opportunities life presents all of us every day, and use the same optimism of our youth - rightfully tempered by wisdom gained as we grow in adulthood - to make tomorrow better than today. That's pretty much your daily intake of sugar....and I'm assuming it's high-fructose corn syrup. :barf:

That's kinda why I put that in there. Still is a nice car. Leasing LOL.

Neighbor just scored a new GS on lease. They are really nice cars. Many happy miles to you. CR is getting older.

CONDO (or townhome): Get something that doesn't require yardwork, close to good schools/parks. My suggestion would be Grandview. Yes, you pay more for less sq-ft, but in the long run it will be rentable all the way through your child going to college.

Respekt.

Especially with the add-ons, I'm curious what a "Crazy Good Deal" is...

http://i.imgur.com/apOcCvzm.jpg Serves me right. Thanks, guys. I'll bleed the brakes anyway, will caliper the pistons again as part of it to make sure they're sliding fine (did it before when I swapped out the pads).

Ugh...now that you mentioned the Acura TL "rear-beak" I cannot unsee that...

Hey, Brad...we had MOJO (Mid Ohio Jeepers ...uhh...Organization(???)) at CC&C and they seemed to be cool people...

My '95 BMW 318i has been recently dragging: after it's sat for a few days, or after it's been driving on the highway for a bit, it doesn't coast well. It rolls to a stop quickly and sits at a light with very little brake pedal to hold it. I thought it might've been a front wheel bearing (I just replaced the rears) but yesterday I jacked up the front wheels and tested. Bearings seemed to be in great shape, and the wheels rolled very well. I jacked up one side of the rear wheels, and it didn't spin very well...but then I realized it was probably the LSD since the other side was on the ground. There was no brake dragging. This morning, I got to work and in the parking garage it was definitely doing it again. I touched both rotors on the drivers' side and they were warm to the touch but not too hot. I touched the passenger-side front rotor and it was so hot it burnt the skin on the tip of my finger. I replaced the brake pads and rotors maybe a year ago and only did a few thousand miles since then. The wear on the rotors seems somewhat consistent. Admittedly, I haven't flushed the brake fluid in a few years. Should I start with power-bleeding? I have more than enough ATE 200 fluid from a guy at CC&C. Should I replace the brake lines with braided SS at each wheel for good measure?

If it worked for Lexus to copy Mercedes back in the '90s to get where they need to...and EVERYONE apes Audi's design elements, hopefully it works for Cadillac!

+1000. IN COLOUR!!!!! With $YOUR_MOTHER as Abraham Lincoln...

Brandon, did you get rid of the Firebird? I thought I saw it at CC&C recently...

I wanted to like it, but Finnegan's Garage is not funny. I want to like the Green Hornet', but it's dumb watching Finnegan learn about Clifford Performance and rag on them, while seeing a couple of Georgians NOT do burnouts on a backwoods road. It's like Haggard Garage with adults. At least Roadkill has a production crew and looks professional for free content. Dirt Every Day is surprisingly good: Fred is a goofball, but there is enough off-road trail tech and creative wrenching to keep me intadested. Overall, Motor Trend has very good content (also like Head2Head, Ignition, and The Racing Line)...I hope enough of you are paying for MTOD to keep the free content coming for me! Also love Harry's Garage, One Takes (The Smoking Tire), Petrolicious...

A tacticool Jeep Forward Control (FC150, FC170) with TacPack logos would be bauce. If we're sticking with muscle cars, Late 60's "GTO" (Tempest/LeMans) or '68-'72 Olds Cutlass is a great body style and only getting better with age. If TacPack is buying these vehicles, are any logos going to be on them?

I've had NBC on in the background. I do find some of the Olympics entertaining but not big into it.
