80 degrees, I'm in a suit, and I drove the Lincoln to work today...time to call Vintage Air. ...and I'm glad I did. Spoke to Andy in their sales department. Great catalog to download from, and MAN was he knowledgable and great to work with over the phone. Got his direct contact info, and he wants me to take some pictures and measurements so they can piece together a system. Will keep CR updated!

Much love to the Green family. Sorry to see that the registration was so low! Totally understand about the cancellation.

Will be praying for Anthony. Hoping for good updates to come!

One-year only, very rare car for sale: 2003 Audi RS6 103k miles. All major issues addressed including rebuilt transmission and suspension. Only recent issue was a non-airbag bumper incident which resulted in a new hood, front bumper, grill, underpants, etc. Ceramic coated and clear bra. Chipped with TMU reprogramming. Black leather interior. Carbon fiber trim. Sport exhaust Wheels are redone too through Wheel Medic. New front brakes. I’m sure I am missing stuff. Last timing belt was 75k. It’s every 35k. I have new front axles going in soon. Asking $15k. 614-657-6477 or doug@funkhouserlaw.com

As the people who buy these should already have enough money to justify their toys, I'm not sure what this would qualify for from a loan/mortgage standpoint: it's not an investment property or second home, and it's not on your primary residence property so I don't think a HELOC could help someone fund the purchase of this. Is there a captive-finance group providing loans to potential buyers?

Damn...$140-300/month lease is a heck of a deal, though that's not a lot of miles. 86% residual value is pretty incredible. https://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2019/04/looking-to-get-into-a-jeep-gladiator-on-the-cheap-keep-an-eye-on-lease-offers/

My bad - I didn't see any picture. I have a Silverado that uses 9005 and 9006 and my CTS-V uses 9145s...been looking at LEDs. There's my apology. What was your problem? Don't be so sensitive as I didn't know what Fleece was. Quite frankly, sounds like a NON-DIESEL PART anyway and your description sucks since there wasn't a price.
-
Kevin does. We just had our 2012 Odyssey SMASHED by a downtown valet and Kevin did insurance negotiation, all the work, and did a great job.

Wait, what is this? used light bulbs or LEDs? HIDs? What is "fleece"?

Dude...typos/grammar on the website. What is "Horsepower Famrs"? Bob Evans - Down on the Famr... Pepperidge Famr remembers... To Andy's point, though...I could see someone that lives in an apartment or downtown - where parking spots are now $200+ a month, let alone a garage - being very attracted to having a garage they own that's fully kitted out with all of their toys, and they can go up on a Friday after work, wrench, get a shower and watch a movie at the Clubhouse, sleep overnight, and wrench some more in the morning....and the clubhouse/bathrooms are maintained by the association. That does sound pretty attractive, especially if it was the wintertime, or I was single with an automotive hobby.

All I can say is a friend on Lane Rd. bought a used '08 Tacoma with over 100k miles on it a couple of years ago... ...and TOYOTA REPLACED THE WHOLE FRAME UNDER WARRANTY. I lied on my back and looked at that beautiful frame, with factory stickers and markings, with new bolts and body mounts and I must've expressed my amazement a dozen times that they actually did the job. Sorry, my friend - I see dat truck when I drive by. Looks great otherwise. I wish I had help to give here. If you need a Harbor Freight welder, I'm your neighbor.

Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of birds under a lean-too?
zeitgeist57 replied to smokin5s's topic in Dumpster
Really REALLY bright, LED strobe lights with motion activation. Scare the birds away, or give them a seizure. https://www.amazon.com/XKTTSUEERCRR-Emergency-Vehicle-Strobe-Warning/dp/B00MN9DNNW/ref=sr_1_13?keywords=strobe+led&qid=1556110369&s=gateway&sr=8-13 -
In UA, you're limited to 3 seperate buildings on your property, including your house, garage, and sheds. A garage would be one of those detached buildings. <<<Max sq.ft. for a detached building is 400sqft (20x20). I'm pretty sure most other suburbs have similar zoning restrictions. When I did my carport (not even a detached garage), I did an 18x20 as I wouldn't have been able to do much more. Really, you'd need to build an addition onto your existing home in order to get serious square footage as some of these condo-storage-garage developments. Your best bet is to rent a parking slip in a warehouse that has service/wash bays. Then you're not spending 100% of your money on all of the necessities, but sharing the costs amongst other guys.

Let's be clear...you CAN live there, but you need to have another address as a primary residence. Or....your condo neighbors get jealous and rat you out to the association. My FiL and I looked at the ones built outside of Plain City, and they really are impressive if you've got some motored valuables to protect. However, he passed as I made the point of needing a whole 'nother set of tools at the shop-condo. Imagine getting off work, fighting rt 33 traffic for 30-45 minutes, only to get to your condo and realize you forgot a part or tool. :fuuuu: If you're close by, or more of a bought-not-built enthusiast who pays someone else for the maintenance, than this definitely works.

What did you do for your ride today? (v3.0)

Installed a modified 2011-15 Camaro SS/Pontiac GXP shifter for my '07 CTS-V, along with Creative Steel poly shifter-mount bushings. HOLY SHIT. I shoud've done this mod a LONG time ago. Amazing shifter feel now. -

Wondering if you could run a wire (like an electric fence line) that would pulse electricity to shock the birds if they light on the cross beams? -

If I lived in Sri Lanka, or was vacationing there from another country....and was well inside of a Christian church during an Easter service (as opposed to a non-Sunday morning visit to see the beautiful architecture or whatever).......it would be an easy logic-train to say that I was a Christian. Not critical of Dems for using "Easter Worshippers", but why not use Christians? Would the family of any of the killed/injured victims be so offended that their beloved was actually an atheist that was at the wrong place at the wrong time? If it wasn't for this thread, I wouldn't have known about 8 Dems offering condolences on social media anyway, so I'm not that riled up.
