your going to need some kind of aftermarket head , a turbo, or a bunch of spray to get 350 wheel out of a stock motor...... you can't get all wild with the cam either becuase you run into piston to valve clearance issues over .500 lift so limited to something like an e-cam or tfs- stage1 they make power but not 350 wheel on stock heads. if you can figure out who ended up with my shortblock after I crashed my fox it has flycut pistons in it for .210 valve heads......

replace the engine harness

before you change it run a bottle of chevron techron fuel cleaner through it and see if it doesn't start working again....

it was pretty wet out today how do all your igntion parts look?

60-65psi is spec on the fuel pressure so its a little bit high... could be loading up at idle, pull a couple plugs out and see if they look all black on the end

if you bring it to me on monday, I can probably find you one..... if you want to go through a rebuilder, I recomend HITE on the west side

those motors are pretty bullet proof. I wouldn't even freshen it up at 100k just fix any leaky gaskets and drop it in.... thats a pretty good deal

what are you paying for it? marshall's has 318's with a warranty for $449.00 and 360's for $399.00

thats still a super safe tune too.... that first tune looked way rich

what kind of car is it?

a ported stock head, a ranger cam, headstuds ,mhg, and a 60 trim will do it all day even with the stock top mount t-bird intercooler. I put that motor I had together from dereks spare parts and didn't have but maybe 2500 bucks in everything including the car

so use AN bulkhead fitting with an adapdter screwed on the end that takes it back to producton 45 degree double flare problem solved

probably needs a body control module, but id get it checked out before you toss parts at it
