I would be really careful this year, I hear CBus is going to be targetting motorcycle enforcement. Some tips, don't ride wheelies/burnout/be a moron on public roads or parking lots you aren't supposed to be in. Make sure you are legal, Plate in the right place, motorcycle endorsement, helmet if you are MC-Novice, insurance and all of that. Don't ride in big groups as groupthink begins and everyone starts to ride like idiots. If a cop pulls in behind you and lights you up, pull over and turn the bike off, wait calmly the officer will tell you what he wants.

Almost all lien holders require full coverage on a vehicle. Also, bike insurance is cheaper if the bike isn't paid off (go figure).
-
If you really want to know, go there and take a tour.

wow, I didn't think they sold those to flamers.... Nice ride dude, you still at call-tech cause I switched jobs and can go riding again.

if you are running the car in your profile you will probably run a street no-box class or sportsman. Trails has a points program, so does Mt. Vernon. Go t their websites and read about them.

that must be an old picture, the water level in lake mead is about 80 feet below normal.

Going to Vegas next week on a budget....need advice!
Akula replied to Nitrousbird's topic in Dumpster
don't take the monorail, take a cab and tell the cabbie not to take the strip (or rent a car as parking is free everywhere). Unfortunately you are going to be on the wrong end of the strip for anything fun. My picks for fun things to do in Vegas. Rio - off strip and a very good time. The buffet is not to be missed ($13). The wine cellar has a $200,000 bottle of wine on display. Tilted Kilt is fun, parade in the sky is free and so is the associated floor show and is really cool. Excellent service and friendly hip atmosphere. Palms, never been the rio is too fun.. Luxor, really cool interior, nice club and bad lounge acts (is that Eric Estrada?) 3d theatre is cool ($12) big selection of fast food. Mandalay Bay, acquarium is really nice ($14). The wine rack at Aerole is amazing to look at. Good shopping. Their buffet blows, don't waste your time. New York New York, one of the best hotels for bars, if you like pubs you will love 9 Fine Irishmen and their band is awesome. Good NY type dining and their casino layout is pretty neat. If you like rollercoasters they have one. MGM, some of the best fine dining in vegas the Kobe at Craftsteak ($60) is excellent. They also have fast food which makes it the best place for any meal. Free tiger show and the casino is just plain HUGE. Venetian and Bellagio are really impressive inside and should not be missed. The canal shops are pretty cool. Hard Rock, my sister works there so I have been a bunch. Good eats, tiny casino, very nice staff. They often have concerts so you may want to check to see who is in town. One of my favorite places to eat in vegas is at the stratosphere, Roxy, really fun and live entertainment. they hotel is pretty ghetto but the view from the tower is good. they also have good shopping above the casino. Things to avoid. Anyplace that gives you a free spin on a slot before you go in is a scam. Anyone that offers free show tickets is trying to scam you, the guys handing out flyers on the street are actually handing out "escort service" menus. And this is the most important thing to remember, Nevada has no drug possesion statutes. All drug possession in Nevada defaults to federal guidlines so all possession is a felony. If you get offered chronic, and you will, I would say no! -
Last year I called the second day they where open and got a fall class. I suggest Troy, OH. It is a bit of a hike but it is Honda's riding school and the facility is pretty nice.

I have been known to be involved with bracket racing. Consistancy is the rule of the race. You have to either be consistant, or know what the car is going to do. When you put up a predicted time, you have to run really close to it, period. I like to keep logs to track things like air/track temp versus et.

I took the class in Troy, they provide the bike you have to wear boots, a jacket, gloves, glasses and a helmet. You will learn some really good techniques that can get you out of trouble.

If you look at anyone that has a difficult life they can point to everything but themselves to identify the difficulties. Everyone is out to get them and no one is willing to help them, or so they think. It seems to be you made an error in judgement and realized you had. I commend you on being a man and turning yourself in and our laws have shown you the path is more easily travelled if you do the right thing. If you want to see a shrink you can, go ahead, they will probably tell you that you aren't crazy. You probably should re-evaluate your mindset when driving and probably should step away from it for a while. If more people would own up to their problems as you have, we would have a better world. People make mistakes and running from the cops is a big one, but it can be learned from and the outcome is not insurmountable.

They did the same thing to me, called after my 8 was done. I told them I wasn't interested and had been discharged. They left me be.

You have to have experience with visio, MS office and an understanding of telecom and networks (frame/atm, IPSec tunneling, MPLS). Basically you will talk to sales people that have sold the network and customers, once interviews are complete you order the network using a mixture of old and new ordering technologies. The job is full-time, 8-5 in Dublin. PM if interested or send me your resume, downwithxedia@hotmail.com

I am not a typically paranoid person but my neighbor has had their Neon broken into 2 times in the last 6 months. The first time my van was broken into as well. I am wondering if there are any surveillance systems out there that are inexpensive and capture to a HDD on a server or something. It would be nice to know who is doing it.

That is the chAirforce. We run 1.5 miles and no bikes, but we can swim it if we want to. Submariners have to be able to save their own lives, aka, run 565feet with a fire hose or a 80 pound "portable" submersable pump.

Sonar Tech on the USS Nebraska SSBN-739. We had bunches and bunches of Marines stationed at KingsBay doing security. I have worked closly with them and there are no group as professional and as dedicated as the Marines. Navy guys give them hell becase they are part of the Navy. It don't say department of the Marines on their pay stub.
