  1. Charlotte is like 5 hours from here. I'm right on the coast, but always looking to travel a bit on the weekends. Let me know if there is anything worth while.
  2. Thanks for the input guys. I suppose I was looking at this from the wrong direction. It is probably more worth my while if I lock on interested buyers prior to actually buying vehicles. That way, I'm only buying exactly what their looking for. Also, as Doc stated, this was more an issue with older vehicles. How much of a restoration market is there, and would it allow me to sell '60s and '70s era cars, with little to no rust, for a profit?
  3. This has been an idea that's been floating around in my head for some time. My dad has always mentioned how "valuable" southern vehicles can be when in a good, rust-free condition. I'm stationed in NC and make regular trips up to my parents farm in Coshocton, and figured if I was already making the trip, I might as well bring a car or truck up with me to sell for a profit. So here are my questions that I'd like your thoughts on... Exactly how much more valuable do you think southern vehicles are when sold up north? What makes/models would there be the most interest in? When looking for a southern vehicle, how many miles and what price would most being looking to pay? I just recently bought a 2008 F350 dually, so towing won't be an issue. I figure a simple flatbed car hauler can be bought for relatively cheap, and I also have a decent amount of starter money in the bank to work with. Any other thoughts or suggestions are welcome as well. Thank you.
  4. 8 foot suspension lift?!?!
  5. That shotgun has quite a bit of "discussion" when it comes to its legality. Its cetainly not legal for sale to civilians, which means it is justified as a military use only weapon in order to even be manufactured. The problem with that is the good folks behind the Geneva Convention. They don't exactly agree with it being "humane." It causes too much pain and suffering apparently...
  6. True. However, why was the dude hog-tied and wrapped in plastic?
  7. FYI for those that are interested... figure skating IS a real sport. Its in the Olympics.
  8. What I find most surprising is how those comments from (I assume) every day Chinese citizens, is so much more profound than the ideals and beliefs of a large portion of our society. *cough* liberals *cough*
  9. Bagged dually for sure. But make it a Dodge.

  11. I have to agree with the OP. Although MJ came across as a horrible human being for some of the things he was accused of doing in life, no one can discredit his musical abilities. He most definitely earned the title of "King of Pop." Chris Brown is some what in the same boat. Ridiculed for being a horrible human being himself for the incident with Rihanna, still no one can take away his obvious talent and creative mind. I feel as if he were the perfect person to perform such a tribute, and he certainly pulled it off.
  12. I'm really interested in how that works...
  13. Per the classic image of a rat rod... I don't think so. The '60s and '70s were the big body era. Those cars are more worthy of being built into muscle cars/etc than ratting out.
  14. For some reason, that design looks more like a straight track monster dragster than a tight cornering Indy car...

    Goldeneye

Perfect Dark was actually made by the same creators as Goldeneye. I've always been surprised that it didn't take off like Goldeneye did. Multiplayer in PD was about as good as you were gonna get for that era.

    Goldeneye

Looks like I'll be buying a Wii now. Great... Edit: Only thing that I see wrong with it is the use of Daniel Craig. Should've used the original Pierce Brosnan skin.
  17. Go for it. The funny part is that Ohio is actually behind the times on this issue. Many other states have already had this statute in their official books for years.
  18. No, its the fact that there are so many "non-soccer fans" here in the states. There's no way for us to raise those truly epic players when soccer itself "isn't a big deal." Those kids that are natural athletes end up playing football, basketball, and baseball because they're the more socially "cool" sports to play.
