As far as getting on your nerves, get ahold of Chris, I believe he still has that Desperado bridge, so you can get over it. You Still didnt' tell me what a stall was. Unless of course you are using ricer slang for a torque convertor. A stall is a specific RPM that the torque convertor will keep engine at when the brakes are applied or a transbrake is applied and the throttle is depressed fully. All torque convertors have a specific stall, that is dependent on it's internal construction. A person that refers to an aftermarket torque convertor as a stall is a ricer. It's like calling nitrous oxide NAAWWSSS, it's irritating and makes one look like they are a noob that has no idea about cars other than what they have been told by others. I realize that you been at this a while, so since it seems that we are still calling our torque convertor a "stall" it might be best to trailer it over to IPS and just have them work on it.

Been like that for awhile, the only reason that amature radio guys are exempt is that their radios will already receive police channels, so it's pretty much pointless to tell us no scanners. I will talk to my Deputy Sheriff and get the actual code number for the law.

I have an RC-10 GT that I am bored with. I have a starter box with it, a JR 2 radio (nice pistol grip with LCD display). Truck has an OS12CV mootr on it and I have a spare motor to go with it as well. I have many aftermarket aluminium parts for it, some are on it and some are in the box waiting to be put on. I have seen 15 feet of air under this truck jumping it and it just keeps going. I am anal about putting afterrun oil in the motor and bottoming the piston in the sleeve to reduce wear on the motor so it's like a new motor as far as compression. I will condier trades, or and reasonable offer over around $300.

I was listeing tot he scanner the other day and there is a crackdown over on the North side primarily but they will be pushing hard everywhere in Franklin County. There have been more fatal auto accidents so far this year thatn all of last year and they are trying to curb the number. So watch what you do and where you do it. And scanners can be interesting to listen to, but DO NOT take them along in your car. They are illegal to have in a vehicle unless you are law enforcement, a firefighter, an amature radio operator or have some other specific reason for having it, like you are on a search and rescue team.

It's am 80 Z-28 4 speed car, the muncie was pulled and a Turbo 350 went in it's place. Trannie is built, 2nd gear had been upgraded with the standard race parts and additional clutches were added. The 327 in nothing special, 462 casting 202 heads with a port job, stainless valves, and the 327/350 horse grind cam. The other standard go fast crap and the car was restored at a sheetmetal level about 5 years ago (all rusted panels were cut out and replaced with new metal. The interior is gone. I suppose I could still do the deal, but Iam ginna have to have a bit of money as well.

Well. dad wasn't overly specific about the other car, other than it has had little wheels (13 inch rims on a car that should have 15 inch rims) and it sounded like a bumble bee buzzing right up to the point it tossed parts through the side of the motor. And what really sucks is that most all of those had the factroy Fiero motor in them, which in a Feiro wasn't too bad but the additional weight of all that fiberglass is goig to slow it down a bit. The GT 40 actually wans't a bad looking kit, except the nutsack put a fucking Chevy 4.2 in it. WTF?!?! The baddest Ford in history and they put a wheeze asses 4.3 in it. Dude, I offerd you a 1980 Z-28 Camaro for this truck a week ago with a 327 and a built 350 Turbo tranny. Odd thing was that you never even bothered to reply. Now you have mentioned multiple times that you would trade for anything. I have offered you not only a caged, built car, but a more economical beater, no dice there either. So I am just trying to figure out what you would trade for.

Well, personally, I don't think it's ever gonna be a "quick" car, turning low ET's on the strip, so I would go the road race route with it and put the money into suspension componets to make it handle and carve corners. I didn't notice if you said if it was a stick or not. Or if it was all wheel drive, but that is the route I would go, and maybe a turbo kit and run a bit of boost. If the wife's gonna be driving it, unless she is into damn fast cars and the like, these simple mods will keep most all of what you have on the motor from needing to be replaced. Big turbos, cams and all that shit make for real expensive needs like EMU's, bigger injectors and fuel pumps and that sort of stuff that will make the car faster, but do yu want that sort of performance and fuel mileage?
