81 is the last year for the second gen body style. 81 hood may not line up with anything other than 78-81, not completely sure, but I think that when the front end got revised to hide the big chrome bumpers, they may have changed the contours of the nose at the hood as well. Hope you can sell it!

vss is the vehicle speed sensor. Not 100% sure, but I think it's on the tranny, should be on the left side.

Bump for new price. Make me an offer, still open to trades, would really like to get some cash out of the deal.

Just drive something else to court that day! It would suck to have the arresting officer see you pull out of the parking lot.

I'd say go ahead and go to court. If the cop told you he wasn't going to show, then it's your call if you want to go to the trouble of pulling your tint. If you wanna gamble, leave the tint on, and be prepared to pay the 85 bucks if he does show.

If the ticket shows your information (name, address, social, etc...) but nothing else, I think that it would be safe to assume that the officer's copy reflects the same info. If I'm not mistaken, what you've got is a Summons to Appear in Court. Pretty normal in accidents with severe damage, I think. Basically, it is a way to ensure that you appear before the court in regards to this accident. Helps to keep everybody honest.

Looks like where the primaries meet the flange, they are oval, measuring 1 5/8" x 1 1/4". Further away from the flange, they look like about 1 1/2". Can probably arrange to bring them on Friday to Geero's if you'll be out.

OSU vs OSU. Last time (and first time) the Bucks and the Cowboys met ended up a 37-13 loss for Oklahoma State. Happened in 1989 here in Columbus. As of last night, Oklahoma State was favored by 2 pts over the Bucks, I think mostly due to their outstanding running game. I'm really looking forward to this game. Also of interest is that the Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator for Oklahoma State was the QB for that 1989 meeting. Yes, I'm a Cowboys fan, but also a Bucks fan. (Puts on flame suit) But I think that I can honestly say that I'll be happy to see either team win. From OK, living in OH, trying to figure out how to get to TX. Oh, BTW, face value ticket prices go from $23 to $33 to $43 for the game. It might actually be affordable to see Ohio State play. In a bowl game, no less!

I heard that GM had a high magnesium content alloy that they used in aluminum wheels on the 4wd trucks when the new body came out in '87 for the '88 model year. I've heard stories of people towing trailers through the mountains, and the brakes getting so hot that the rims would actually catch resulting in some pretty catastrophic accidents. Anybody remember anything about this?
