  1. Updated price in original post: Each machine with keys (come with 4 keys each) - $60.00 each Parts machine - $25.00 Buy all 3 for $120.00
  2. I wish I had other locks... If I did that 3rd unit would be complete. I just have extra keys.
  3. I've got 3 of these machines left. I'm re-doing my basement and getting rid of the one I had as well as two others I've got to sell. Two of them have locks and one is missing the locks. The two with locks were mine and are in great shape. Bases are all solid and units are tested and work 100%. The one without the locks is complete (minus locks) and works, but I'd call it a parts machine. Prices: Each machine with keys (come with 2 keys each) - $60.00 each Parts machine - $25.00 Buy all 3 for $120.00 These are sold FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. I can't hold them for anyone. Cash only. Prices are firm. These are the last ones I'll have - once they are gone, I'm out of the candy machine business!!! Located in Pickerington (43147). *** For anyone who purchased one last round - I've got the following keys available for purchase. Price - $5.00/ea. #3 - 5 keys available #4 - 1 key available #5 - 8 keys available #7 - 1 key available #8 - 2 keys available http://www.downingracing.com/forsale/pictures/3candy.jpg
  4. Great deal!!! You should be able to move this on CL in about 15 min. I just sold a set of broken dryers and a washer for $175...
  5. Good deal! They had that set on-sale over the summer for $74.99. I only bought one and should have gotten another (or 3). Told several friends about it and they all got in on the sale too. $100 is still a good deal for the set.
  6. I use Valvoline instant oil change all the time. They do a great job. They check (and show) me every maintenance item and the mfg. recommendations for each. They check and double check everything and always do a great job. I also use Firestone - They have been nothing but awesome! I can do all the work myself, but make the choice to drop it off and let them take care of it. How do I keep them from not doing their job? I can't... Just like I can't keep a cook from spitting in my food or X repair person from doing the job. I ASSUME that the people doing the job are good people. If/when I get burned - I'll deal with that then. And to any of you who see lazy ass co-workers doing crap (like listed above) - REPORT THEM! Letting them get away with it is AS BAD as doing it yourself!
  7. Thanks for the info on the gopro! That Contour looks neat, but doesn't look like it is in a waterproof case. Which makes it nothing like the gopro for my needs...
  8. They do have their own rules, but the State of Ohio requires a building permit for any improvements. Water heater, window, countertop... Any construction/replacement/addition requires a permit and inspection. Any city/township/whatever that doesn't require one is not in compliance with Ohio State law.
  9. Ad says: "Must be shipped to FFL or C&R License". Nice gun - Good luck with the sale!
  10. It was a starting point. Everyone said "There are other low hanging fruit to get - why start here?". AKA - Don't take anything away from me - go get some from someone else. It wouldn't have been the only step... Like I said - screw it! I'm a NO VOTE for any new (or renewal) taxes!!! The people spoke and they said: None of us is as dumb as all of us!
  11. Be sure to read your membership agreement... I had a LFF membership that was ported from my California Fit. membership when LFF purchased them. LFF no longer honored the lifetime contract price and raised rates as they wanted. The last rate increase was a 42% increase with no notice. Per their agreement - no notice was required. I called to cancel my membership and was told the 'new' contract required 60 day written notice to cancel during which time I would be subject to the increased rate charge. After enough bitching (days) - they dropped me and cancelled my membership. LFF is a scam and per the agreement, they can raise their rates to whatever they want and require members to pay that rate for 2 months before being able to cancel. No cap on what they can raise the rate to - So if they are having financial trouble, they can charge $500/mo (or more) and auto-debit member's accounts for the payment. Sure - folks will stop future payments from ACH, but that initial payment is gone and taken legally... Nothing you can do to reverse the payment. Good luck with that!
  12. As a parent, I've always voted yes for every tax increase and school levy. Even when I don't agree with how they are spending money - I voted yes. After the failure of issue 2 - I'm now a no vote for any tax increase or school levy. I'm done supporting the unions. All the 'old' folks who voted no on issue 2 are the same folks I'll be voting no with for those tax increases that will be requested soon... It is a math problem and there is no more money!
  13. Just sold them a car... McDorman still has 15% ownership for the next 4 years to get to ?50? years as a Chevrolet dealer. McDorman still owns plenty of cars.
  14. If you don't sell it here - let me know... We've been looking for one of these to use the drivetrain in a cooler we take to concerts. I know it sounds funny, but the electric drive motor should push the 350# cooler. I hope it goes to someone who can actually use it for what it is for. Matt
  15. Two options are: Take them to small claims court.. Or just turn it into your insurance company and let them go after the parents for repayment. And it sure IS your place to teach him a lesson. You say you will let him come back over without taking care of his responsibility (or his parents taking care of it), so you are teaching him a lesson! That there are no consequences for your actions and since your parents don't speak English - you're off the hook. You can do whatever you want with the situation. If you want to take it in the @$$ and pay for the (basically) vandalism - that is on you. You have many courses of action to take that involve you not paying for the damage caused by this kid.
  16. If I wanted another track toy - this is a good start (if it was $15k). Condition would be corrected to 50/50 and would drive the crap out of it. I've wanted one of these for the track, but can't see walking away from $30-40k when (not if, but when) I have an off with it.
  17. How in the world is this still for sale? I sell cars like this all the time and they are gone in 15min to 3 hours - every time on CL! If you want a little help with the ad, I'd list it like this: *************************************************************** Great Daily Driver!! 1994 Honda Civic DX 4dr for sale AUTOMATIC. Working A/C - nice and cold Just had the oil changed New air filter New spark plugs New speed sensor cd player 149,000 miles Does have a small oil leak somewhere and the typical Honda rust. The speedometer is erratic, works off and on... Great car for getting from point A to B with WORKING A/C!! Asking $900.00 obo. Title in-hand ready to transfer!! *************************************************************** Take better pictures. Include one if the interior, one of the motor and one of 3/4 front and 3/4 rear. The automatic and the fact it is a 4 door hurt it, but your price is spot on. You will get offers for less, so make sure to know your bottom dollar. Just trying to help. Hopefully this helps and you can sell the car! You should be able to move it fast and get close to your asking price. If you just want it gone, I'll make you an offer but you probably won't like it. I'd take it and flip it using the ad above. Good luck with the sale!!! Matt
  18. You got it! If things go 'bad' for a season and the team takes a 'loss'... Do the players pitch in and help cover that loss? Hell no - they are employees and should be paid as such. Just another example of corrupt unions (like close to all of them).
  19. Maybe that would be a good thing... The kid enters your house and takes something that isn't his AFTER you said no. Then he causes you financial loss. If they live in a house, they hopefully have homeowners/renters insurance. That is what will pay for the damage caused by the kid. I've kicked kids out of my house for way less. They could come back with an "i'm sorry". Only got one kid to ever care enough to say it after the fact. Weeding out those bad apples turned out to be a good thing for my son. Good luck!
  20. Only issue with this is one too many 'x' in your number. Should be able to offer $xxx.xx and still get plenty of 'takers'.
