ok need some input here. my lil bro (18) got a 95 camaro z28 not to long ago (3monthsish) and got tboned on polaris near maxtown. beautiful car, used to be a show car only had like 100k on it super clean in and out. engine was stock but had all sorts of bolt ons, headers, intake, full exhaust, some sort of programmer, im sure other stuff too that he/i didnt know about, suspension mods, wheels, etc. he got a loan, actually mom did, he was paying the note. thats how i bought my first car, only i bought an exploder. anyway, the loan was for $7800, i asked him at xmas what it was booked at he said $4500. i immediately asked if he had gap ins he said wtf is that?! he obviously had full coverage 100/300/100. both him and the lady are fine btw. the lady that hit him was at fault, he was obeying the law, she turned left into him and pushed him up over the curb. car is gone now. he and the lady both have statefarm. my bro and mom are waiting to see what happens and i dont want him to get dicked over on this. ive never seen him happier since the divorce he even got a second job to pay for ins and gas! i really think this car was what he needed to steer him in the right direction, responsibility wise for life. input thoughts ideas help info?? is he just screwed with the loan? should he get the car back and try and part it out? find a shell and swap everything? thanks b4: http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj227/elfboy98/b4.jpg after: http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj227/elfboy98/after.jpg

ok i bought a motorcycle off of ebay and recieved a title for it. when i picked up the bike the guy i bought it on ebay off of had the title from the previous ower and the prev owner messed up signing her name, she signed where the purchaser was to sign and then scratched it out and signed on the proper line. he has been unable to get a hold of her. im not sure what to do. i was told that i can simply take the bike to the highway patrol and they will run the vin on the frame and the engine and anything else that has any serial number or whatever and will give you a title for the bike. unless anything comes back stolen, then you have to surrender anything thats hot. i ve also heard about a service that will get you a title for $165, http://www.its-titles.com/ i checked them out and they look legit. somebody point me in the right direction! thanks john

i love working on stuff, dont have alot of free time but where are these salvage yards? list a couple if you would. i only know of one yard up where im going to school, but they are mostly a tear-down-n-sell-parts kinda place. i offered the guy $800, waiting for response, if he excepts i'll check it out if not i'll keep looking. thanks

i found an 89 zx7 on CL with 50k miles... is that alot? ive gone most of the season trying to get my shadow going and i really jsut dont have the time to work on it with school and work, and i want another sport bike anyway. he's the orginal owner, says it needs the alternator belt replaced, the bike looks good in the pics has a clear title, he wants $1800. i havent seen it yet but with that kind of mileage would it even be worth a grand?

my brother bought my 89 lesabre and now needs tires. he works at burger king and doesnt have a whole lot to spend on tires. we have a set of wheels from a 2500 chevy w/ rubber some tread left on them but would like to trade these for some tires for the buick. i dont konw the sizes of either tires but will get that posted soon i just remembered to post this so here it is. also need one wheel for the buick, had to torch off a lug nut due to a curb...

oh i love my gsxr, i love how it handles, how it accelerates, the color, how it sounds, etc. i like crusing around and after about an hour or two my wrists are sore, on my shadow my wrists never get sore. on top of that i work construction so when my hands are sore from working all day i would rather take the shadow out for a cruise.
