  1. I am really liking the old buick regal t types and GNs.
  2. Tell me what some of your favorite cars are that can be bought for 5k. That means you can squeak in cars that have a higher asking price as long as you think it could be bought for 5k. Running would be a plus, but it doesn't have to run. Minimal rust. Unique. And preferably AWD or RWD. Have fun guys Obviously not in this shape, but VW type 3 notchback http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt197/mkvaaron/vw.jpg vw type 3 squareback http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt197/mkvaaron/vw2.jpg
  3. Cool man, thanks. I would like to go for a drive/cruise, so let me know.
  4. I am def up for something. Anyone want to go for a drive? or are we just meeting at NTB and then cruizing around? You subaru guys going for a drive?
  5. 2.5.......I usually stick to twins so there is a bit of room for the shovel and rope though. Good to hear. You would be happy in the GTI, but I would keep the S4.
  6. First of all, your wheels wont work for a Rabbit/GTI. The are 5x112, however the offset is too low and it will look ghetto as fuck, skateboard style. Sell them and start over. I have had a 2006 GTI DSG, a 2008 Rabbit 5 speed and now a 2009 GTI 6 speed. I have liked them all. The rabbits are such a good deal right now, you can find CPO 2008's for about 12k, and throw on some wheels and coilovers for 2k and be set for 75k miles of warranty. However coming from the GTI, the Rabbit was too big of a step down, so I imagine you will feel the same way coming from the S4. I would think long and hard about this decision. The B5 S4s are CLASSIC Audi. They will age fantasticly and still look good in 20 years. I would not get rid of it personally, fix it up, and keep it running good until you graduate. Ask me anything you want about the GTIs/Rabbits. I personally think they are the best looking hatch out there. http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt197/mkvaaron/ugkeskingti2.jpg http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt197/mkvaaron/redvotexgti.jpg http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt197/mkvaaron/blackrabbitwithvotexandrs4s.jpg
  7. Should be a good time. Wish my dad was into cars more when I was growing up. I got him back into cars the closer I got to driving age. A father son project would have been awesome. Still thinking about a project car that he and I could work on when I graduate. He said he always wanted to drive a car with 500+hp. It would be pretty cool to build one together. Good luck and have fun!!
  8. BMI assumes a normal activity level, not anyone who plays sports, or lifts or anything.......doesn't it? When I was in Nutrition class at OSU, they explained what it was and how it isn't a good indicator for anyone but a lazy ass hole like myself, who is indeed overweight. lol

  10. I had an endoscopy.....they gave me gas......counted backwards from 100, got to about 99, and then woke up. Went home, not even a sore throat. Wonder why yours was so bad?

    Spotted: GT3

The city thought it worked so well they semi replicated it for the 161/270/subury rd renovation. Works much better now. I think they both work pretty well for being such huge intersections.

    Spotted: GT3

996 GT3.......I have only ever seen 1 996 GT3 in person and it was at Tajmagaraj. I have seen 2 997 GT3s on the street. I LOVE the 997s.
  13. Everything came together perfectly. I thought it had a front lip, but saw that it was 1 piece so I figured it was stock. Every small mod on the exterior really goes together great. I haven't seen another ZX that I like better. Love the color too.
  14. Car looks great man. Probably one of my favorite 300ZX's I have ever seen. Looks much better without the spoiler that is in your sig pic. Cars that have good styling from the factory only need a slight drop and great wheels to make them look perfect. Never been a fan of spoilers or body kits. Few questions: Is that a factory ZX color? What exterior mods do you have done? Car looks great!
  15. What other fwd car wouldn't you mind driving?
  16. I like being not stabbed, so I won't do it. Thanks for the help guys. Paul......suttel..........really?
  17. The Rabbits all have the optional Votex body kit which is a factory option. All of my mods will begin next year. My goal is by next winter to have R32 front brakes, coilovers and throw some winter tires on the stock wheels. Then buy the wheels pictured on the Red GTI for my summer wheels. I think I am leaning towards keeping the stock GTI front.
  18. Its hard deciding which direction to go with your own car. I am having a hard time figuring out which front end I like, and that in turn will determine the entire "look" of my car. Its fun, but frustrating. Good luck, and give me a shout if you ever need any help.
  19. Would you consider going all out but still keeping the interior? That way you can have the best of both worlds; if you get the car EXACTLY how you want it by going all out, aiming for 9 second car, and miss your mark, you then have the option of removing weight to achieve your goal. Just thinking out loud to give you the most options. I don't think there is anything to be lost by keeping the interior and everything in tact until after you have the engine set up the way you want it.
  20. So is this still an opinion thread? or have you figured it out? I personally like it more when a car appears 100% stock. Full interior, stock exterior etc. I would even consider swapping back the stock hood. Just my opinion though. I love the color of your car though. Not too many white F-bodies, and yours is a very clean one at that.
  21. After you brought that up in the other thread about speed3s, I can not get it out of my head lol. Hilarious:lol: Great cars, but not exactly pretty.
