  3. Sold "as is" especially used cars. Same idea when you sell a used car, the seller is usually protected.
  4. Wow, send this over to the i love my gut website.
  5. I can't tell what I'm lookin at to be honest.
  6. Signatures? jk I will vouch that he does super good work. I have seen a lot of his work that he did in school over the last year or so and it is really neat and unique.
  7. The MKI MR2 would be your best bet, the MKII's like mine are heavy.
  8. AWD ultralite? chassis and driveline around 1500lbs w/ RWD set up old school mini Porsche 914....plenty of room underneath, the view from up top is misleading. 305 V8 swap is popular, subaru boxer is popular with these. Oldschool Bug
  9. Thanks for sharing, pretty inspiring to get a bike and enjoy a new way of seeing things.
  10. I saw this on a Protege today, and was like DOH! and totally thought of this thread. I get what your saying now.

MR2? Never knew that...or I just don't remember. Datsun 310? lol really? I could never picture you owning a 310, nor do I remember the last time I saw a 310.
  12. Maybe it's driver error? Not the exhaust? Drifting out of NTB? Burnouts leaving Roby? Not hating, just an idea.....I certainly wouldn't want to sacrifice for others, why don't people scowl at useless Harley's? They are loud as piss and can't idle apparently since they have to be revved up every two seconds.

  14. So, based on reading this it IS driven by the timing belt NOT the accessory belts. Just commenting that is was put the other way around earlier up in the thread.
  15. Dont' know off hand it is another techs at the shop I work at that asked me to list it. Would have to know yourself, I can take a closer picture of the flange and you can check yours and see if they will match up if you would like.
  16. Register to their site, don't use their parts. Dear God we have had a rough time with people putting pep boys/autozone/advanced cheapo stuff on then bringing it to us and wanting us to warranty it....
  17. Oh then it's not that bad, if your doing it at home, you may find it easier to take the engine mount out and jack the engine up that extra 6 inches if the water pump is near the top. I think you are being lazy about it lol. Probably not that bad. It can't be worse than the Cadillac H2O pumps....
  18. Never mind, the one I'm thinking of has the guys train collection inside and is also outfitted as you speak. The one I am picturing is not located there.
  19. If you cannot see it driven by the accessory belts, then it is driven by the timing belt. This means that it is time for a timing belt as well. Is it leaking from behind black plastic covers? If so, it is somewhat extensive work. Can be done at home though.
  20. To answer your second question, when the car is cold and you have just started it you will feel the upper radiator hose get hotter starting at the engine and working its way toward the radiator while the lower hose remains cool. Then as the t-stat starts to open the lower hose will progressively get warmer. When the lower hose and the upper hose are both hot the t-stat is fully opened. I have done the air pocket burping on a level surface, but i also have bleeder screws since the radiator is in the front of my car and engine is in the rear. Some cars do some do not.
  21. So, for lack of reading two threads you are not getting a stingray then right? Since that is harder than an F-body to get in and out of? I drove a Volvo V70 T-5 wagon today with a 5 speed. It just had a cat back and it pulled hard and was quite fun minus the FWD part.
  22. I would say it sounds like the timing is wrong may want to check your marks on the cam shaft and crank shaft pully w/ cylinder 1 on at TDC. Cam shaft pully has a spoke that says "up" on it for cyl 1 TDC then line up the marks more precisely.
  23. The Northend Wrench Inc. 263-4978 We work by appointment and are a little over a week out.
  24. Is the Caboose yard on the corner of Kenny and (I can't remember what street) in Upper Arlington?
