Guy at the shop has one, I think he got his from Dan Tobin, he paid like 26K for it or something. had less than 5k miles on it, the owner of the dealership was using it as his personal car. Not much of a huge help, but hey. I believe he had the gas tank replaced already because of EVAP issues with the tank cracking somewhere. It is not leaking fuel, just the fumes.

Ran it in the MR2 and it smoked so bad down Indianola it looked like fog rolled in. Used it in most of our vehicles at the house.

May want to call Auto Options as well? I can't speak of their work, but an awful lot of people swing by our shop looking for them, I know they also do soft tops. Auto Options meaning dealer installed options, they do dealership work with optioning cars out.

I just inherited infield parking and paddock passes, I will be there Sunday for the Speed GT cup race and the Indy car race, don't know if we will stay for the touring cars or not.

Good showing, there was not a lot of tire stretch at all. There was a MKII Golf with a VR6 that had the cleanest engine bay ever, a MKII Jetta with a 193K that looked like it had less than 10K etc. The show was dominated by air cooled cars, not much in the water cooled department. Half the show was in the parking lot though, too bad they didn't all show.

Last year they had 350+ cars. Our service writer here at the shop helps organize the event.

We get UPS all the time like every day and almost never have a problem, why the fuck did they put a transmission in a box? You are blaming UPS for trying to pick up a cardboard box that has transmission in it? Are you guys high. That shit should have been on a pallet. I would be pissed at who you bought it from. Looks like they tried to pick that shit up and it fell out the bottom, not the fault of UPS!!!

Oh right I forgot, when building a car it is more important to have a bigger penis than making it somewhat enjoyable. Spray = expensive, can't be that good for the turbo can it?

Talk to 6 speed S4 about the dinky K06, if your budget minded and you want a really driveable car there is nothing wrong with the K06. Sorry to get on the soap box here, but there comes a time when a bigger turbo is not better pending the application. These dyno graphs that flatline til 4K rpm then shoot almost straight up is completely ridiculous. So, from the standpoint of being a fun street car the K06 is not that bad.

I take heat since i like most all styles/makes/models of cars manily because of the time and effort that goes into them. I am talking about cars that have been built right, not pieced together from an autozone catalog or something. I have always enjoyed RWD mid engine cars and vehicles that turn exceptionally well, I could care less about straight line. (Fiero GT, MR2) Up until the recent purchase of the Supra I have been a huge fan of N/A power and I still am, but I have found several vehicles that would be tons of fun with forced induction. With that being said I have always enjoyed the following... Lexus LS400 VIP cars Toyota Cressida 7MGTE swap Ram, or F350 4 door dually diesel trucks that are slammed Ford 2.3T cars/trucks Audi A4

The red rabbit has the lip painted red like the car. i am not a fan of two tone cars/panels in that way (like the grey/black). the grill looks good black, but the lip is color matched. The G33Kdub plate car has a completely different grill I do not like the all black look Thats what i was getting at sort of. I find that most European cars I look at and really are appealing top my eye are the ones with a simple lip on the front/rear bumper and thats it.
