His friends aren't driving new BMW's but many over there are.

Dad age advice. A 23 year old doesn't need more than a 10-13k car. Save up some money and get grounded first. No way in hell should they be looking at anything expensive. Buy used and reliable, it off soon. That young he/she doesn't need to have a car payment looming over them. Sugar is a big one for both cancer and heart disease. For women especially though, dairy and eggs too. Casein protein from dairy, combined with sugar is cancers best food. All meat will lead to the production of TMAO's if consumed more than 1-2 times per month or so though. Big part of beating cancer is to starve it. Sugar, fat and salt....all the goodies that we pump into food to make it taste good are what drive the vast majority of chronic illnesses. The USDA is to thank for most all of this. Gov't subsidies and lies. Follow the money. Go on Netflix and watch "Fed Up" It's about 5yrs old but very current still in terms of content. The funny thing is we all grew up exactly like what that documentary shows and even today we "know" what they are saying is actual. It will share however, the "why" behind it all and why Americans and really everyone, continue on eating like we do.

That's my biggest fear and being we are now in our early 50's something I really get on her about. Cancer can be genetic but our genes are like a loaded gun; it takes something we introduce like a catalyst to pull the trigger.

I agree that with hind-sight it's pretty clear the Iranian leaders were saving face with what they did and what they are telling their people. We as a country and citizens should ignore their crap. "if" they had killed our men and women, I would support a retaliation strike but not an invasion. Make them hurt by destroying their radar sites, oil production capability, etc. If they hide weapons in historical sites, oh well, blow that shit up too. I did and it was a fight. I had to go up against USAA to do it and while State Farm "backed" me in a letter from my agent, they weren't involved. I wasn't rewarded anything until I provided them 3 estimates from dealers who I also had to write the letters on for then have them review, etc. stating the vehicle lost value due to the claim. All bullshit as it was a pretty simple issue to deal with. In the end we settled on $1,500 and they paid me about 3 months AFTER I sold the vehicle. Honestly, if I EVER get hit again and it's not my neighbor/friend's kid as it was in my case, I'm fucking calling a squad and making a HUGE issue medically and will work the system the old fashion way to get my money. Fuck the run-around I got trying to be civil and cool about it. Many here won't like hearing that but being a nice guy didn't get me far and it wasn't easy. All I wanted was the right thing to happen and got nothing but hassles. Next time I will be the hassle in a major way. Sorry for what happened to you but damn I can't wait to get hit by someone on a cell phone.

I'm with Mike on the Tesla comment. Only, I consider the Model S the move that put them on the map and the program of electric cars in motion more-so than the Model 3. The S-gave us a glimpse into not just electric efficiency but performance. What Toyota did in 1997 with the hybrid for efficiency spurring on all kinds of movement from others, Tesla has done with fully electric vehicles. I mean in 2010 would anyone here have figured we'd have fully electric SUV's that can out run most muscle cars or that performance cars would be making a leap forward using batteries vs fossil fuels?
