He is answering the quesitons with the realistic answers. The gal who asked about women getting equal pay......his answer was spot on. Do you really think he doesn't feel they deserve equal pay? How do you think either Obama or Romney is going to answer that? What he went on to show and did so at the convention is that he hired more woman in higher positions than most states did and those woman came forth to show their support for his actions and behaviors at insuring they were more than fairly represented. He didn't dance around the issue last night. What do you want him to say, that these are the exact areas they are going to cut exactly this amount? That's not realistic. Those cuts, where they are coming from and the amounts will need to be decided upon by congress and going in with a sharply defined plan that says this is how it is like it or not is setting yourself up for failure. Just ask Obama how difficult that is to do. Not the right way to do it either. Just ask any manager who influences others. Doing so would only expose details that Obama and his team would then try and shoot holes in anyway. How about better yet they show their plan and details? We can't work with anyone to make shit happen so what makes any specifics of his agenda any more likely to come to a reality? Nothing. As a leader you design a good framework, put filters in place by which you measure decisions and then you coordinate a united effort to address the details while together insuring they are within the framework of the plan and pass all filters in place. You don't go in guns-blazing thinking with the idealogy you're going to get done everything YOUR plan has outlined. That's the mentality of a rookie leader who has skills to manage but not lead. Obama and Biden, lots of sound bites, smart ass remarks, smiles and laughs but no tangible accomplishments. Just look at the last four years of our lives. They sound great but have yet to improve anything. No one is going to hire anyone or upgrade anything until the economy is moving again. The financial standing of this nation is in the shitter and Obama isn't going to fix it through taxing and spending. Hasn't worked over the past four years and it's not going to work in the next four. He has zero experience in the business sector so I'm not surprised. Again, if he was president of any company I know of, he'd have been fired and replaced long ago, let alone left to fail for four years and begging to fail our nation for four more.

It's funny you post this as last night we had AT&T hounding our home like 3 times in one night between 5-9pm. The previous days Obama followers come to my door even though we have two R&R Signs in the front yard and one bumper sticker on our front porch right under the NO SOLICITATION sign. That said, the very best thing I've done to deter and 100% eliminate solicitation is to put a sprinker in the flowerbed next to the door that is controlled by the faucet in our garage. If they come around, I simply walk out to the garage and turn it on. It sprays my front porch too so unless they are in a rain coat, they never come up to the door. The only thing I regret is if they are on the front porch already, I can't turn it on and catch the look on their face when they get blasted. I don't care if it's 45* out in an October evening, I turn it on. Needless to say I put it back out there this morning. /issue.

Obama is trying harder to actually show he's doing stuff. I like how Romney was clear that Obama just spend 90 seconds attacking him vs answering the question. I like how he stuffed Obama's whispered / "un-heard" conversation back at him too.

Same could be said for tons of more factory oriented upgrades from the big 3 that also void warranty. See my note above about the Mustang Laguno Seca Package. I don't know much about COR but in the end, they can limit their warranty and it's up to the owner to read up and be responsible. Agree. yeah, but he's hardly asking. he's supposedly involving an attorney and acting like they have zero accountability. Who does he think he is Obama?

Let's fact check the day.....it's a track day where he ran several sessions (not outside norm to be considered misuse, abuse or competetive in nature) It's in fact at Auto Club Speedway He's with HG Motorsports guys He has an instructor in his car (again, not taking a basic defensive driving course) He was in Turn 16 of the "Sport Car" Layout of the event. There are obviously non-stock cars around him in the photos. The wheels were modified in some fashion Call it what it is already.......it's a fucking track day event not a spirit cruise on route 66 or the 555 in Ohio. Even Ford states that the Mustang Boss® 302 Laguna Seca Package voids the vehicle warranty. Nonetheless they are past the 1 year warranty period.

So let me get this straight, the poster clearly states and shows he was "attending a track day" and the warranty clearly states "This limited warranty is void when COR Wheels have been subjected to misuse, abuse, Track use." COR can legally talk about and promote how by running on their wheels one can "gain unmatched performance on and off the racetrack" that doesn't discount the fact that by doing so they also clearly note that you will void your warranty. No different than seeing Ford Raptors advertisements with their trucks going across Baha, etc....read the fine print and see my next statement. Sounds to me like it's a case of RFTM and RTF T's & C's. Not to mention, March 11, 2011 to May 6, 2012 is outside the warranty period and he's also not the original purchaser. last week the girl commented on it but then I just told her that I changed my mind after buying the coke and she let me go through and I picked up my burger. Normally I will buy a small fry and drink. then just use that receipt and get a free burger next week.

Just skimmed the posts but at a glance it does appear that he was out of compliance on more than one item, racing and refinishing the wheels. Will read and review more closely later.

^^ this. Every receipt from BK has the survey on it. I've rarely ever buy whopper sandwich. Yeah....I'm a cheap fuck. Last week I went through the drive through, got a small drink, took the receipt, completed the survey in the parking lot, wrote the code on it and got back in line for my free burger. Delicious.

right or wrong I've done as silmiar thing to our male who very early on tested my wife and kids but made the mistake that I was in the room. A solid ass whooping to the point where he pissed himself put him in his place. He since tried it with my wife who the moment she raised her voice he coward. Never an issue since. Our kids are respectful of the dogs but yes, occasionally they fall on them, etc... and the dog will yelp or run but both know that it wont ever be acceptable to growl or threaten one of us.

I would never drive in a car with air bags and NOT wear my belt. My brother had one deploy and even with a seatbelt, he got a bloody nose and left a clear face print on the bag. I'd post a pic but it's bloody and not pretty. Clear though. He WAS belted in too. Back in the late 90's I was behind a lady in a wagon that skidded off road and hit a tree. Several of us ran up to her car to help and when she opened the door it was clear she wasn't belted and her entire face was turning black and blue before our eyes as she was clobbered by the air bag. We ended up just leaving her in the car at that point because we had no idea how bad she was hurt. Wasn't a huge impact but that bag nailed her.

Yes/No. Brian's point is valid and one that I consider. However, as a parent I can't imagine getting a phone call like that and not being there. Not sure what I would do but FFWD 3 years to when my son is 12 and I'd likely tell him where the key to my gun safe(s) are and once it was in hand, I'd tell him to shoot the guy until he doesn't breath any more. Don't panic or worry, just keep shooting him and know that cops are on their way. Again, don't know and likely won't as we don't ever leave kids alone and that transitional age is going to be challenging to do so.
