  1. Ditto - good work, (more than) fair price, nice guy
  2. Actually.... It's Friday, and I usually had good success picking up ammo Wednesday and Friday mornings, but the guys there tell me it's usually gone by 9:00 am. This was unusual to see that much that late in the day...
  3. Was at the Walmart on Bethel Rd this afternoon at 3:30. They actually had most common handgun calibers in stock 40, 45, 38 spl, 9mm, etc - and at their same old pricing. I have been picking up my "3 box limit" early in the mornings some days and they were getting only a dozen or so boxes in if they got any, but it seems they are receiving larger shipments on a more regular basis. They also had 5.56, and many other long gun calibers, but no .22....
  4. Hmmmm... Need to drag out the ICC motored kart for some dyno throwdown.
  5. Brenda is actually my brother-in-laws sister. While she did not start the whole spy photography thing, she has certainly moved it into the realm of a respectable business. She was a one woman show, now I think she is also serving as a clearing house for other photographer's work due to her business sense. Her brother, my brother-in-law has ALS, hence the activism for the cause. Her family is actually from Cleveland and she is now based in Arizona (better to access the hot weather testing grounds of many automakers). She is a very smart and a very nice woman.
  6. Got it! I can do backup status. We'll talk later.
  7. Ben, PM me, it looks like my co-driver has other plans if you can drive a chebby...
  8. I'ts on the "to do" list - PM me the details when you can please.
  9. If you were afraid to ask, here it is - rock bottom cash price (I just offered it to a guy on ChumpCar for this number - waiting on reply, your chance to move on it first) - $1300
  10. I just reduced the price on CL to $2900 - if you need a solid truck that will tow anything on the cheap, now is the time C.R. Price $2500
  11. Or, you can buy "oil deflector clips" that direct the spray so it just runs down the valvetrain. http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_SPM6966682409P?ci_src=184425893&ci_sku=SPM6966682409&sid=IDx20130125xMPALLx028 or I'm sure Jegs has them from Mr. Gasket... How much oil you loose depends on how long it takes you to do the adjustment, but it should be less than 1/2 a quart even if you are slow. The biggest issue is the smoke from it getting on the headers usually.
  12. Remington UMC 38 Special +P 125 gr. jacketed hollow points 100 round box Purchased for a gun that I no longer need to feed $50 or trade for a brick of .22
  13. TTT Update: Yellow kart is sold in a package for $3K and is now in North Carolina Black kart is still available with Tillet XL seat, Mychron 3 Gold, 2 spare sets of wheels (one set slicks, one set rains), spare gear sets, spare motor, cover and manuals - $3K firm or Get all of the above plus a second complete motor air box to silencer, spare axles, pipes, internal engine parts, gaskets, tools, more wheels, practice tires, spare bodywork and more stuff to be found - $4500
  14. TTT - Old thread posts too old to edit. I still have the Fire Arrow, passenger seat, fire system and rev limiter have been removed. Price is $2K OBO - yes I am willing to deal, the wife wants is off the patio. If I had space I would keep it and either Chump / LeMons it or maybe return it to rally trim and rallycross. Not a drift guy, but a 2.6L turbo swap would be an easy bolt in and you could have a car at 2,000 lbs with great power to weight.... Current link: http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/3882114963.html
  15. Bumpity for a $3K price! Too many vehicles in the drive - would like to see this one go...
  16. Just like this: http://www.haydenauto.com/New%20Products-The%20Dawg/Content.aspx
  17. I believe one is on the north side near my old residence. I can't recall if it was on Lincoln of Stanford close to High St.(east of N High about 1/2 way between Morse & 161). I recall an article on it years ago - never even noriced it till the article called it out.
  18. Changing jobs at the end of the month and was able to upgrade to a newer truck so our current tow vehicle is up for sale. Pulls our 20' enclosed trailer w/car well - HD suspension so no need for an equalizer hitch - CL ad text below along with link to pics - asking $3000 1992 Ford F250 XLT, Extended cab w/8' bed. 136,000 miles, 5.8L automatic, 2WD - Loaded-Air, Cruise, Tilt, PW, PDL, Intermittant Wipers, Tow Package w/Trans cooler, hitch & brake controller. Truck also has running boards, bed liner and cap. Very little rust as shown in pictures. Like new tires on front, rears are 50% or better. Just had new rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders installed. The only "issues" with the truck - fuel gauge does not work on front tank, rear tank works fine, tanks switch and truck runs fine on both, just the gauge is inop on the frt. There is a slight exhaust leak at the passenger side exhaust manifold, gasket was replaced along with all new hardware, manifold is slightly warped - more of an nusance than anything. Pics in CL ad below: http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/3913790611.html
  19. Bump Car is still available - new link to pics here: http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/3882114963.html Too good to let it go to waste.....
  20. I believe some of the larger Walmarts now stock them (tires for sure - but I think they had them on wheels as well)
