  1. If it was any other regal I'd be right there with you. Being a wagon is the only trait that makes it ok, from my perspective. Being pretty and having the turbo motor also helps.
  2. These are actually cool cars for a daily. I tried to get my wife into one instead of a CR-V, but she ultimately decided the fender "eyebrows" were strange (I kinda agree). Still like them a lot though, enjoy it!
  3. Yea definitely going to be R22 then. I'd say likely $15-20 / lb, but I've not had a good reason to buy any lately. There has been hoarding going on for years. Read this if you're out of the loop on why it's so pricey: https://www.refrigerantdepot.com/r-22-prices-and-availability-in-2019/
  4. What type of refrigerant? Old or newer unit?
  5. I pay for it also. I also get car and driver and motor trend in print. Plan to continue all 3.
  6. I really hate facebook and likely will never embrace using marketplace even if it is the next best thing... shit sucks.
  7. Stayed at Carolina Beach and had a good time. Good walkable beach, and you can drive on it if 4x4 which is cool. Also let's you take your cooler and all your shit for all day. Also had very decent shelling if you/your party are into that. Not a ton of other attractions nearby, but several good restaurants and bars. Specifically Google the fat pelican, which has a full size refrigerated semi truck trailer attached to the bar which you can walk in and choose your next beer and an interesting vibe overall. I'd go back if I wanted a short trip/relatively cheap but solid beach trip.
  8. ^^ Good question here. Also, shortbed or longbed? And no interest in the baby duramax diesel? My best friend has one that he loves. Fantastic mileage and towing for a mid size truck.
  9. Goddamn guys, my wife has a CR-V and sometimes I drive it. I feel targeted lol. Sorry about your Bugatti Tracy Morgan.
  10. I've shared your frustration with Youtube for a while now. I pay for the motor trend subscription thing, and have so far been happy with it. I've definitely seen what were good channels get watered down into "keeping the lights on" crap only sprinkled with intermittent quality content.

Great news, and glad to hear it! Keep fighting the good fight and feel like yourself soon. Being sick sucks, and being that sick has to ultra suck.
  12. Hand calculate that shit. I don't buy it, especially with a non-factory tune the mileage calculator wasn't calibrated for. Hope I'm wrong , but my Cummins MPG calculator is drunk with a tune in it.
  13. I will keep this duderino in mind, thanks sir.
  14. I have no personal experience, but I'm in the market for a new roof this fall and I'm hearing if you want metal go with standing seam or skip it. Any metal roof that uses panhead screws with rubber washers as gaskets to seal against the roofing surface is only as good as the life of those rubber seals. As they age they begin to fail and then leak.. Standing seam doesn't have that issue I guess. I have no personal experience but this makes sense to me. Standing seam is significantly more costly, so I'm likely going to go back with a 30 yr asphalt shingle when we do ours this fall.
  15. Sounds like you're set, but in the future give Bob at Safeway Auto in Baltimore a shot. He's done work for my whole family for years. Let's you bring your own parts if you'd like and is an honest dude.
  16. I consider myself a Ram supporter (with a rusty 07 with 91k miles on it) and I'd be happy to answer any questions . I did all the right things to avoid the bed fender rust, and still got it real good. I will say that it took mine a full 10 years to produce bubbling. 5 year old Ford's doing this as bad as they do is a joke and a half.

  18. Catering By Scott did our wedding and it was fantastic. http://www.cateringbyscott.com/ Has a restaurant in Bexley also you could check out. Also, dude's name is Scott - can't go wrong.
  19. I'm thinking some of the front nose and some of the side scoops are maybe decoy camo car stuff. Seems more than a bit much for production to me.
  20. Care to elaborate? I'm actually rry interdasted. One more strike against Mondays my man...
  21. I've got Verizon through work @ like $20 / month for personal use, and like 20% off my wife's line. So we won't be switching unless I change jobs. Curious though whose network spectrum is using. Anybody know?
  22. I passed this on to a buddy that may be interested. I'm at work so can't check just yet, but is this on FB marketplace also?
  23. Fyi - have some brand new control arms if he would like them. Sold the wife's Cobalt and can't return them.
  24. Similar results with my wife's CR-V which Tim did back in July. What wash products did you give us samples of Tim? Haven't washed the wife's CR-V since January, and I cant remember what the hell the pink stuff was...
  25. Why not a Tahoe? Seems to be fall somewhere between a half ton pickup and a small German SUV.
