  1. I've decided it will be to much trouble to go as extreme as I was planning to go with this truck so I am selling it and going another route. I have a black 4wd extended cab Colorado with 114k. It has keyless, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, power leather seats, ac, cruise, cd player. It was the nicest one out of a bunch that I test drove. Most were torn up inside, but this one was pretty spotless. The drivers seat was broken down a little, so I found some GTO seats to put in it. I could hear a lot road noise, so I put Dynomat all through the cab. In the year I've owned it I have replaced the battery, starter, and thermostat and housing. I got some weathertech floor liners, and I bought a stereo install kit (harness, security interface, and dash pocket), but never ended up putting an aftermarket cd player in so you can have this with the truck. I had a harness made to install a gen 4 ls engine, and if you want this you can have it for an extra $900. I'm putting a CR price of $11500. http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Mobile%20Uploads/3AF54B94-4E52-4C88-9137-4A3778C3269E_zps76ybj1np.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Mobile%20Uploads/855262DE-9176-4E04-8B8F-AE51F6F16DA6_zpszgvo5c3s.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Mobile%20Uploads/C4EE787C-2305-4207-8B70-05825A6F0728_zps8ulqqztx.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Mobile%20Uploads/01EBA5B1-C0BA-46BF-8141-7ACAB8539800_zpsafhdxax3.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Mobile%20Uploads/DDB67232-73EF-4187-BA55-94DA608B0610_zps0flqudyv.jpg
  2. I just saw this. Oh my god, please tell me you didn't do anything suggested in this thread. I think they are trying to kill you. I have seen to many people with pretty bad cuts and broken bones from working on garage doors and doing the things posted. Go ahead and roll your eyes guys, I have had lots of people come to the shop to buy springs and cables and then come back all bandaged up and pay for the labor for us to put it in for them. OP. If you haven't gotten it fix yet send me a pm. If your not to far away I will get to it.
  3. There was a line of cars a half a mile long each direction to turn onto the road he lived on. I had to deal with the traffic to get to my first job this morning.
  4. Thats my buddies old car. It is very nice for the age/miles.
  5. Find out what rpo code in the glove box is for keyless entry and check.
  6. Do 92s still have that stupid plate between the engine and tranny. Maybe it has I place that is rubbing or got bent a little bit.
  7. The iron block 6.0L is cast on the front of the block. I'm going to guess that is an aluminum block since its stamped on, so that would be an LS2. http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/null_zpsea45d551.jpg
  8. Good seller, would deal with again. Get over it, their in my back seat.
  9. I missed everything. PM sent.
  10. I saw your for sale thread from earlier and figured you still wanted more than that. I'm from zanesville and your in Dayton. That's around 2 hours each way, I think I would have as much in gas as I would be saving on the core. Matt, you want way too much for completely stock used heads. I have found rebuilt ones for $250.
  11. I just noticed this. There was a really nice looking one for sale on Maple Ave. in Zanesville next to the old Rex's car wash on Friday. It was nice enough to catch my eye, and I don't really like fords.
  12. That's what I'm looking for Anthony. Thanks for looking out. I've been looking everywhere and can't find them bare. I've got a couple weeks before mine are done so I can wait until I find a deal.
  13. Im thinking $100 or less, so I can save money on a $300 core charge. I found a set for $100 plus shipping, I'm just holding out for a little cheaper. They have to be completely stock, with nothing done to them, no repairs or port work.
  14. I need a set of these for a core. They can be assembled, bare whatever, they just need to be pretty cheap.
  15. Looks great so far. Once my truck is together I'll try to do the cruise over.
  16. Go down to Avon, Buxton, or Frisco. The only thing that is ever busy down there is the grocery store on Sunday morning.
  17. I will be dropping parts off at the machine shop. Since I'll be in the area, I'll stop by.
  18. I did everything to the Silverado, and now I'm doing it all over again only worse in my new Colorado. So far I have wheels/tires, tint, body color fender flares, GTO seats, and lowered 2". I'm getting ready to do stereo and sound deadening soon. In a month or 3, depending on how fast parts come in, it will basically have a 3/4 ton drivetrain with probably too much power for the truck.
  19. I took the step bars off of my Z71 Colorado, so I'm getting rid of them. They have no scratches, pits, or rust. $200 OBO. http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Snapbucket/1AFD647A_zps0f14d8b4.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Snapbucket/CFE67C34_zps68389783.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Snapbucket/7209F584_zps658bb409.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s316/brent1976_photos/Snapbucket/B3B34530_zps2a5bfffe.jpg
  20. So if this breaks, do you just blind the fuck out of everyone until you get it fixed for $3500, so you drag your feet getting it done.
